Hotel Hastal Prague Old Town in Prague

We are having the best time here!! This hotel is family owned, and it has been preserved and is filled with interesting paraphernalia and beautiful decor. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. In particularly George helped us with our itinerary and made amazing suggestions for our experience here. I would highly suggest this hotel to anybody. It is perfectly located in the centre of all the action.

What a lovely hotel in a brilliant location in the beautiful old town. Julie on Reception was an absolute star, especially as I had messed up our booking! Great breakfast, lovely liqueur in rooms and coffee and pastries available all day.

We stayed at Hotel Hastal for 5 nights. We enjoyed the stay very much. Prague is a beautiful city to explore and this hotel is in the perfect location. Public transport stops are very close, the is a great, reasonably priced restaurant/pub across the road and a divine gingerbread bakery a few steps away. The service from hotel staff is excellent, we felt very well cared for. There is a delicious breakfast included in the price with hot and cold options and great crunchy bread. The building has an elevator.

We are a couple who stayed at Hotel Hastal for 4 nights when we first arrived to Prague. How lucky were we! We picked the right hotel here! The staff are amazing, thank you all so much for your help, kindness and professionalism. Check in and check out was easy, there is a  lift, great outdoor area, fantastic location, walked every where, nothing was any trouble here. Great breakfast to start each day, the room was very neat tidy clean and had everything we needed.....and more! Christian you were so great and helpful to us, you made our stay so perfect. You lovely family and parents must be very proud of you. This is a long running family business which we loved as they really care. Great location and very clean, but the room on the first floor was too dark. Overall, it was good.

I highly recommend staying at the Haštal Hotel. Its location in the Old Town is truly unbeatable. The wonderful, caring staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. As a family-run business, the hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The hotel offers free coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and pastries all day long, which is such a lovely touch. There are also comfortable common sitting areas both indoors and outdoors where you can relax.

Breakfast provides a wide variety of choices, including several nice options for vegans. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated, and has a unique charm that makes you feel like you’ve stepped onto the set of a Wes Anderson movie. Truly a gem in Prague.

Located in Prague's Old Town, Hotel Hastal is elegant, clean, and within walking distance of Prague Square, Charles Bridge, and Prague Castle. The breakfast is rich and varied, and there's a coffee and milk machine at the front desk ready for you to drink at any time. The only concern is the price of booking in advance, which can sometimes be much higher than the price available on the day. A very satisfying stay!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can basically walk to various attractions and it is also safe at night. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a retro style. The door lock still uses a key, which can be locked from both inside and outside, and you can leave the key at the front desk when you go out. Although it's a bit old and small overall, it's quite clean, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The front desk service attitude is very good, and they are very welcoming. I got up late on Sunday morning and went downstairs at 10:00. It was already past breakfast time, but the front desk was still very enthusiastic and asked me to have breakfast, saying that it was okay after the time.

The room was fully equipped with towels and tissues, but there were no slippers, but many in Europe don't have those. There is a large glass bottle filled with water, and there is also a USB port at the bedside for charging.

Prague is really beautiful. It was fun to walk around alone. I hope to come back again if I have the chance.
