The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town Square, with the Astronomical Clock and Tyn Cathedral within easy reach! Everything is within walking distance! The hotel is elegant, quiet, and clean, with a classic ambiance, natural and understated luxury. The bedding and furniture are comfortable and beautiful! Most importantly, the service is exceptional. The attentive, thoughtful, and warm service makes you feel right at home! Upon arrival, the thank-you note and chocolates left in the room instantly made my travel fatigue disappear! When I returned the next day, there was a heart-shaped dessert in the room, which was heartwarming! The breakfast was also unforgettable; it was incredible! A variety of homemade cakes and pies, and they were delicious!

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of various attractions. The service is especially good, very considerate, patient and thoughtful. Free car to take guests to the top of the castle and the main train station when leaving. I will choose to stay here next time.

If you are Asian, you must definitely go here. Prague is a place that teaches what service is and is like an oasis in the city. If you can make a reservation, make a reservation.

So, this was by far the best hotel experience ever. The customer service is at another level here. Every single staff member treats you like you are part of the family. They sit down individually with you upon arrival, pour you wine/beer/ coffee (whatever your heart desires) as they check you in and tell you all about Prague and where to go. Heck, they even have a driver that will drive you where you want to go if you don't want to walk. Bkfst was included and the DRINKS 🍷🍺☕ were pretty much all inclusive to my surprise. Rooms were nicer in real life than even the website shows. Perfect stay, I can't thank the staff enough. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. Location is great as well. You will NOT regret your decision.

outstanding. The staff is kind and caring and make your stay perfect. Probably the best welcome I had in the last decade. The hotel is simple but every aspect of it is outstanding. Cleaness, breakfast, services, size of the room, calm, etc ... I really have no negative points in mind and I will remember this place. If I ever go to Prague again, I will go to this place again, even If I usually like to change.

Hotel Agnes is a beautiful hotel with the nicest staff. My boyfriend and I stayed there for 5 nights during the holidays and we absolutely loved its prime location in Old Town. It was so easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Thank you again to the staff for such a lovely stay!
