Great hotel with good location and very friendly stuff. Breakfasts are good here, but if you’re late for it - there is a possibility that you won’t find some items there. We faced a construction that was quite annoying is it was next to our room, but generally speaking the hotel is nice.

Had an incredible stay here. There is construction ongoing, but in my opinion it did not impact my stay at all. I never heard construction earlier than 8:30, and even then only when I was in common areas. The staff is what truly made this hotel 5 star. They were so helpful, gave fantastic recommendations, and were just overall so pleasant to interact with. I look forward to staying again.

The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, very clean, and boasts a strong Danish charm. Its location is super central, only about a 15-minute walk to the shopping street. The hotel itself is a historic building, beautifully maintained, and the service is excellent. The only letdown was the breakfast; the variety was quite poor.

No daily water bottle in room. When I asked for one, I got told that in Denmark- we drink water from the tap. Didn’t expect that from a five star hotel. The amenities are great, location is near the train station. Trains can be heard from 6am

Quiet, soft bed, nice breakfast. Clean enough. Expect the food service in room isn’t that nice, I ordered something called “hot smoked salmon”, but what sent to us was a salmon can, and it’s cold. Others are fine, love the wooden card key and the double layered window.

We had only one night in a standard room, however it was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. Excellent shower and all very clean. Reception staff were very polite and helpful, looking after our luggage all day. It was a short trip so we did not eat in the restaurant - it did look lovely We loved the glass installation too! Just a short walk to Tivoli gardens and the staff was kind enough to give us early check in at 11 am. Breakfast spread was good - since we dont eat meats there were fresh pancakes, vege dumplings and even miso soup. Room was comfy and had all the amenities you need. Highly recommend !

The 1.5-meter-wide bed advertised online was actually 1.2 meters, which is a huge discrepancy. The room facilities were also old and some were missing.

The location is excellent, the cleanliness is good, the bed is comfortable, and complimentary water and coffee were provided, but the room was cool and there was excessive elevator noise. The hotel has sound insulation problems. You can hear sounds from the next room. The price is a bit expensive.

Wonderful, classically designed hotel with the oldest working elevator in northern Europe. I felt like I was in a Bond movie. The location and service are great. Everything is within walking distance or reachable by bike. The metro ride from the airport to the hotel couldn't be more convenient. The receptionist, Mads, gave us the best restaurant recommendations! The breakfast was also very filling and never boring. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Copenhagen.

The room was small but clean. The hotel is in a very good location with many restaurants around. It is within walking distance of the main attractions.

The location and service were nothing to say. After I left my luggage, it was not check-in time yet. When I got ready to go back to rest in the afternoon when I had a room, my luggage had already been sent to the room. I will consider staying there again next time I go to Denmark.

Our room was a nice size and well appointed. The staff were all really nice. The people in the bar area went out of their way to help us find a seat. The location is great. This was our second visit and we will be back.

The hotel is very classy, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the room kept very clean. I especially liked the “turndown” service in the evenings. The incredibly cozy and beautiful room on the 5th floor is a beautiful hidden secret. The best part of Hotel Sanders are the Juno Bakery cardamom cookies. So delicious! Beautiful place , de decor very Nordic style which was lovely. The only thing we didn’t love was the size of the rooms, very small. Other than that it was very nice and the staff was helpful.

The rooms on the second day were much larger, so it's still best to book a double room or larger. The service was excellent, and everyone was smiling. Breakfast selection was limited, but the atmosphere was very pleasant.

I had the best stay at this little magical oasis in the middle of the city center. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so comfortable. The breakfast was on point and we had dinner at the hotel one night, which was outstanding and the best truffle pasta I’ve ever had. I would definitely go back
