It was small, but for this price in Copenhagen was affordable. Clean, quiet unless you open the windows. You can self check in and out. Inside we had bathroom private. WiFi was working good. And to the center of the city you can go with bus n”17” till the metro.

The room was tiny, no hairdryer, and the cleanliness was quite subpar. The lighting was dim, and there were no charging outlets by the bed. The mattress firmness was just right, which was a plus. The bathroom was also very small.

The building entrance and the reception areas are impressive. The receptionist is very welcoming. But the room itself feels like a cheap motel. Neet, but cheap. Not worth the price. Beds sound like a camp bed, but it feels ok. The shower is just in the same area as a toilet, and for the shower you stand right on the floor, the same floor as a toilet. Nice hotel. Relatively affordable compared to other similar hotels. A bit further from the city centre, but it’s fine because they have trains and busses running, and walking is an option also

The service was poor; they couldn't find my reservation when I arrived, which caused a long delay. They also didn't tell me where to find extra bedding for the room.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, and the room is more than enough for one person. It's great that they provide extra blankets and pillows. There's a 7-Eleven and a pizza place downstairs, and it's very close to both the city center and Newport.

The room looked exactly like the pictures when I booked it. It's better if your suitcase opens from the top. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. The price was also very good. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Booked for 1 day reception staff was very friendly on arrival and communication was excellent.  Room was spotless when entered and had loads of amenities inside the hotel.

It was cozy and clean. Every people work there were so polite. I slept well cuz the temp and bed were so fit for me. If I can visit CPH again, I’ll make reservations with this Hotel!

The room was very dirty, with crumbs everywhere and greasy fingerprints on the walls. In the bathroom, we found freshly shaved hair, which made it feel as though the room had not been cleaned at all. Service bad becaue my luggage locker was opened even after properly paid. They do not solve the problem in a right way and they do not even say sorry for their ignorant.

It was just okay, but everything in Scandinavia is indeed expensive. Overall, I'd give it about a 4-star rating. The cleanliness was so-so (the bedding was fine, but other facilities were quite old and a bit dirty), and breakfast was decent.

Functional for a Layover, But Bare-Bones in If you just need a place to crash during a long layover, this hotel serves its purpose, but don't expect any "extras." Booked the XXL Family Room. It had two bunk beds and two single beds, totaling six beds. There were also two bathrooms. The space was incredibly generous; I felt like it could easily accommodate eight people. Very convenient!

Strategic location just next to airport after Clarion hotel. Got early breakfast at 4am. Suitable for those transit overnight staying. Got different types of milk, yogurt, coffee and tea as well.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable room. Beds and bedding are especially comfortable and rooms were quiet so we slept very well. I only wish they had an option of two single extra beds in the family room rather than just a double sofabed.

They initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer...

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Since it's a newer hotel (built in 2022), the facilities are quite modern. I especially loved the walk-in shower instead of the usual tub and shower combo! However, the room space is quite small.

Great location, value for money. We stayed here for 4 days. It was reasonable for the price and the service I received there. We could check in late in the night at about 10 pm in the night on a weekend. Our room views were good. The rooms are clean. Views from rooms is good. Quite a fair Hotel, really downtown. About 8 mins walking distance to the main train station. The bathroom might be a weird thing if you're going with someone else, besides wife/family. I'd return, no reasons why not too. Friendly staff, well located with a good cost.

Very very basic living space. Not much room for 2 huge luggages. Check in strictly at 3pm with no free luggage storage, which should be a basic for accommodation. Location is not bad with direct bus to/fro the airport. Room came with 1 pillow and we had to ask for another one which staff said could be found below the bed. Err, but without casing. 2 of us slept with 1 small square pillow for 2 nights...

I had a big luggage so it was a plus point that the hotel was close to bus station. When I extended my stay, I asked the reception cleaning service once but they didn’t clean my room. Reception staffs were all nice.

The entire hotel has a 'hui'-shaped structure, so some rooms are quite a long walk. The first time I tried to find my room, I almost got lost.

Quiet, soft bed, nice breakfast. Clean enough. Expect the food service in room isn’t that nice, I ordered something called “hot smoked salmon”, but what sent to us was a salmon can, and it’s cold. Others are fine, love the wooden card key and the double layered window.

We had only one night in a standard room, however it was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. Excellent shower and all very clean. Rooms were good, spacious and clean. No noise from the Highway nearby. Location is just 5min walk from the subway station with one stop to the airport and only few stops to the city center. For breakfast I just had a cinnamon roll and coffee in the main hall coffee shop, which is in a nice green oasis with palmtrees!

The stay was great, it is the second time we have been to this hotel. Strongly recommending you try out the breakfast, it has a great selection of food! I gave 4 stars for service as the heating didn't seem to work in our room, but the reception people were nice and gave us a portable heater which made things better. The location is incredible and the hotel looks great and very modern, I recommend you book the room with the view to the lake. The only downside is you have to inconvenience yourself to ask for room service the day before you want it, and also ask for clean towels, although apparently they enter your room everyday and give you new mugs if you used the ones provided.
