It was just okay, but everything in Scandinavia is indeed expensive. Overall, I'd give it about a 4-star rating

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is very good for using metro to the city centre.

There's a 7-Eleven and a pizza place downstairs, and it's very close to both the city center and Newport

The hotel too big but the room is small. But it is okie for sleep.

The room looked exactly like the pictures when I booked it. It's better if your suitcase opens from the top. The room was clean and the location was very convenient. The price was also very good. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Super nice location. Room size acceptable. Fair CP value. Recommendable. The only bad is the locker fee for storing the luggage. This is the first time I met such situation.

Booked for 1 day reception staff was very friendly on arrival and communication was excellent.  Room was spotless when entered and had loads of amenities inside the hotel. 

Good clean room. Very comfortable room size. Location is around 10 minutes walk to Tivoli Garden. Nice hotel!

The location is good, not too far from the center. I rented the bike and rode to center only 15 minutes.

THIS WAS OUR SECOND TIME IN TIVOLI HOTEL, AND EXACTLY AS LAST TIME WE ENJOYED SO MUCH!

My room was tidy and comfortable, and the steak restaurant inside the hotel was excellent! Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely come back again

Also in the rooms just be awear that there is a small step up to the bathroom to stop room flooding, this is a design feature but east to stub toe (needs to be a sticker with a waring sign about small step)

I only wish they had an option of two single extra beds in the family room rather than just a double sofabed

Overall, I can say the hotel is far more out of my expectation. The location is very convenient and easy to get all the visiting points. The room is spacious and tidy. The staff are so nice, very helpful and friendly

However, advance booking is required for the use of the swimming pool with a rather expensive charge, The breakfast is good, however, would appreciate a slight change of menu probably every two days

Location? Not so central but central enough that is “easy” to go anywhere and also to the airport. No noise complaints in comparison to hotel near central station

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable room. Beds and bedding are especially comfortable and rooms were quiet so we slept very well

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Since it's a newer hotel (built in 2022), the facilities are quite modern

The view from the window is beautiful. The staff and service are friendly. Probably, this is one of the first hotels of this series, because, somewhere, a little, there are elements of renovation

generally all is good, thoughtful of them to offer free drinks for our honeymoon Some slight hiccups such as when we requested cutlery and miscellaneous items which were delivered rather slow

Hotel location is not in city center but easy to go with metro hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel has great view from room if you get the lake view room

Was also told by a staff that there was a charge for bedroom slippers until I told her I got it the day before at no cost from another staff

The hotel itself is a historic building, beautifully maintained, and the service is excellent. The only letdown was the breakfast; the variety was quite poor

Quiet, soft bed, nice breakfast. Expect the food service in room isn’t that nice, I ordered something called “hot smoked salmon”, but what sent to us was a salmon can, and it’s cold

Its location is excellent, less than 200 meters from the Central Station and just a 10-minute walk to City Hall Square

Very nice hotel, with a gym and Sauna. Also, quick links into the city by train. The only reason I mark down is that I didn't realise there was no kettle. Also the hairdryer was not the best

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The front desk staff were super friendly. Although the room didn't have a kettle, free hot water was available from the coffee machine at the front desk

However, the room facilities are on par with a budget hotel like Hanting in China, and disposable toiletries are definitely not provided, which is generally the norm here

Scandic is a common mid-range hotel chain in the Nordics. This particular one's advantages are its proximity to the airport and reasonable local pricing

The rooms are fairly clean and tidy, breakfast is plentiful, and there's free parking (register at the front desk)

Otherwise the staff were quick and nice, and the building is very clean

Strongly recommending you try out the breakfast, it has a great selection of food! I gave 4 stars for service as the heating didn't seem to work in our room, but the reception people were nice and gave us a portable heater which made things better

My son flew from Billund to Copenhagen (later realizing taking the train would have been more convenient), and I flew from China to Copenhagen. We planned to meet at the hotel on December 18th

Great location, but the breakfast was just okay. The hotel is a bit too eco-conscious for my taste, as they don't provide toothbrushes or other disposable amenities.

My son is studying in Billund, Denmark, and for Christmas break, my husband and I came to Denmark to visit him and travel together for the holidays

It was a great hotel, super friendly staff big rooms and amazing breakfast

The stay was great, it is the second time we have been to this hotel

Another highlight for us was the hotel's bike rentals, as we loved cycling around the city. We also made use of the fitness center which was a nice addition. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Great friendly staff here, I emailed that my brother and fiancée were staying here for their engagement and they took a complimentary bottle of champagne up to their room. They were so kind and helpful

We were very happy with our stay. The online check-in was quick and straightforward, allowing us to walk straight into the hotel and head up to our room with ease

The family room was a great size, and the breakfast offered a nice and varied selection

The location was perfect as well—Tivoli, restaurants, Netto, the Christmas markets, and the train station were all just a short walk away

Simple, clean, affordable hotel in a convenient location. Beds in the base room category (bunk beds) are a bit too narrow and thus uncomfortable for a larger person or someone who moves a lot in his sleep (like me…)

The room size was larger than I expected. The location is about a ten-minute walk from the central station/bus stop. You can also walk to the City Hall and then take the subway to reach the attractions

There's a bus stop 100m from the entrance with the 5C bus, which goes directly to Nyhavn

Basic does the job, right where you want to be so a good location. Basic but good.

It was cheap and in a fairly good distance to city center. The room, however, was extremely small and the shower/wc all-in-one solution is a no go. Basically, you are taking a shower in your toilet

The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, even when we all arrived back late at night. The rooms are well presented, a little dated in places, but beds were good, bathroom a good size

There was a hairdryer in the bathroom and toiletries included. There was a breakfast included, with a good selection of cold meats, bread and yogurts etc. The coffee machine worked well and an automated juice machine

There was complimentary water, tea and coffee available at reception. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're after a great location, at a good price with friendly staff

Summer it can be really warm inside because no Air conditioner only fans are provided.

We were staying with a group of friends for Aalborg Karneval and had booked this hotel due to its ideal location and a local recommendation

During morning breakfast when I found a large piece of plastic in the scrambled eggs. I also mentioned for the waiter that the boiled eggs they were keeping warm in a pot were ice cold. They never did anything about it

This is a lovely hotel and I genuinely appreciated the design, the service and of course the heated swimming pool

A gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities. Room was comfortable, well designed - loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom! A nice touch to have a tea/snack station on each floor

Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade

Additionally, I am really annoyed by hotel rooms where the toilet door does not close in a manner that is relatively soundproof, making each trip to the toilet an embarrassment (when you're with a partner or family, that is)

Very good location as it is located right next to the central station which is like 15 minutes away from the airport by train. Room is very clean and modern. Would recommend.

The room was decent, though the bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure could be better. It had heating but no AC, which was fine with the nice weather

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Mayfair in Copenhagen. The staff were friendly and provided free water and some board games, which was a nice touch

Rooms were clean and nice, the hotel staff was super friendly. Located centrally in Copenhagen with the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Would definitely book this hotel again for my next stay in Copenhagen.

In total the journey to the airport takes around 20 minutes. It has large windows through which you can enjoy the great view of the city. The utensils such as towels are very clean

At the entrance there are areas where you can sit and work. There is also coffee in the same area. Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. There is literally nothing I can complain about

We stayed at Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg for business. The conference we attended took place next to the congress. The hotel has a great location. It is close to buses and trains

If you really want me to find something to complain about then I would say that the pillows are too soft if you force me to complain about something :D

A very enjoyable airport hotel. It's barely fifteen minutes away on foot from T2. The lobby staff (August stood out) are excellent. They're very helpful and professional. There's a good breakfast spread as well

A cab is around a hundred crowns. It's worth noting that there are quite a few grocery / eating options nearby too. The room was very clean and the amenities were good

Alright hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast (try the potato cakes or whatever it is - yummy!). I had a room next to the elevator and it was crazy loud

Luggage area was not usable as it was broken. But there was the dressing table that we could use that has 1 chair so that works. Toilet was clean but it had some weird smell, kept the door close and we were fine

Close to airport (1 station away) and metro (direct line to major attractions), good for one night stay. Room is clean and decent size. Can be considered if on budget travel.

Also, do note that basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo are not provided, so it’s best to bring your own. There were no robes or slippers either

There was no greeting or even a simple “hello” when I walked up. When I handed her my passport, she handled it carelessly and said she couldn’t read my name, asking me to read it out myself

If you book a room by the sea, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night. The facilities are relatively old, there are no toiletries and slippers

now they had to call and investigate what had happened, my brother-in-law was very helpful and talked and told, but it took approx. 1 1/2 hours  And investigate it, well he got 1 drink ticket as a thank you for the help

We ordered and it said blue potatoes, where I said we didn't just want chips, no it was a kind of blue potato, but it was chips so we went up to the chef and asked for real potatoes and we got that, everything Ok

Beautiful hotel in a central location. It is so convenient to access to the main sightseeing places.

The bathroom smelt really bad at times. There was a massive crack on the ceiling and the floor was all stained. The shower head wouldn’t screw properly
