Very nice hotel, walking distance to conference centre, nice breakfast, no regrets...

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is very good for using metro to the city centre.

It was just okay, but everything in Scandinavia is indeed expensive. Overall, I'd give it about a 4-star rating. The cleanliness was so-so (the bedding was fine, but other facilities were quite old and a bit dirty), and breakfast was decent.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable room. Beds and bedding are especially comfortable and rooms were quiet so we slept very well. I only wish they had an option of two single extra beds in the family room rather than just a double sofabed.

They initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer...

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Since it's a newer hotel (built in 2022), the facilities are quite modern. I especially loved the walk-in shower instead of the usual tub and shower combo! However, the room space is quite small.

We had only one night in a standard room, however it was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. Excellent shower and all very clean. Reception staff were very polite and helpful, looking after our luggage all day. It was a short trip so we did not eat in the restaurant - it did look lovely We loved the glass installation too! Great hotel with good location and very friendly stuff. Breakfasts are good here, but if you’re late for it - there is a possibility that you won’t find some items there. We faced a construction that was quite annoying is it was next to our room, but generally speaking the hotel is nice.

Had an incredible stay here. There is construction ongoing, but in my opinion it did not impact my stay at all. I never heard construction earlier than 8:30, and even then only when I was in common areas. The staff is what truly made this hotel 5 star. They were so helpful, gave fantastic recommendations, and were just overall so pleasant to interact with. I look forward to staying again.

The hotel is great, the room isn't small, and the bed is comfortable. The downside is that it's a 9-minute walk to the subway station, and there are some cobblestone paths along the way. If your luggage wheels aren't very smooth, it could be a pain. However, it seems to be quite close to a 5C bus stop. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

It is very traditional danish hotel, everything was neat. That being said, it is a historic building, with layers of history and that can be noted. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was superb!

What a cozy and lovely hotel! The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to add more closet space. It's a bit out of the way, but that wasn't an issue for us as it's a quick walk to the city center.

Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade. Would also be nice to make use of the outside area during winter - put the heaters on / have some service outside.

The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. Top choice in Aalborg, often with good discounts. The staff is among the kindest I’ve come across in Denmark. The rooms are spacious and with many amenities. The gym is modern and maintained, whilst the breakfast is top shelf as Danish hotel breakfasts go. After five stays here I’m pretty sure my sixth hotel stay in Aalborg will once again be at Pier 5. The location is a bit dull.

Great location, clean and very convenient to walk around the city however you need to have your cellphone roaming there as the hotel just text you the code to open the door, there is no tissue box or a kettle or anything just a bed with pillow and blanket.

The rooms on level 6 have height restrictions leaving a large portion of the room virtually unusable. Nice hotel located in a very nice central location. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathroom needed a bit TLC in terms of decoration but spotless clean other than that. Mattresses were not great either, but it seems to me like a common trend in Scandinavian hotels.
