Very nice hotel, walking distance to conference centre, nice breakfast, no regrets...

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is very good for using metro to the city centre.

It was just okay, but everything in Scandinavia is indeed expensive. Overall, I'd give it about a 4-star rating. The cleanliness was so-so (the bedding was fine, but other facilities were quite old and a bit dirty), and breakfast was decent.

Booked for 1 day reception staff was very friendly on arrival and communication was excellent.  Room was spotless when entered and had loads of amenities inside the hotel.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable room. Beds and bedding are especially comfortable and rooms were quiet so we slept very well. I only wish they had an option of two single extra beds in the family room rather than just a double sofabed.

They initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer...

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Since it's a newer hotel (built in 2022), the facilities are quite modern. I especially loved the walk-in shower instead of the usual tub and shower combo! However, the room space is quite small.

We had only one night in a standard room, however it was extremely comfortable and beautifully designed. Excellent shower and all very clean. Reception staff were very polite and helpful, looking after our luggage all day. It was a short trip so we did not eat in the restaurant - it did look lovely We loved the glass installation too! Will definitely visit for longer next time.

Rooms were good, spacious and clean. No noise from the Highway nearby. Location is just 5min walk from the subway station with one stop to the airport and only few stops to the city center. For breakfast I just had a cinnamon roll and coffee in the main hall coffee shop, which is in a nice green oasis with palmtrees!

The stay was great, it is the second time we have been to this hotel. Strongly recommending you try out the breakfast, it has a great selection of food! I gave 4 stars for service as the heating didn't seem to work in our room, but the reception people were nice and gave us a portable heater which made things better. I would stay again at this hotel if going to Copenhagen!

There’s basically no amenities and staff were not welcoming nor friendly.

Great hotel with good location and very friendly stuff. Breakfasts are good here, but if you’re late for it - there is a possibility that you won’t find some items there. We faced a construction that was quite annoying is it was next to our room, but generally speaking the hotel is nice.

Had an incredible stay here. There is construction ongoing, but in my opinion it did not impact my stay at all. I never heard construction earlier than 8:30, and even then only when I was in common areas. The staff is what truly made this hotel 5 star. They were so helpful, gave fantastic recommendations, and were just overall so pleasant to interact with. I look forward to staying again.

Stayed here twice, once before and then after a cruise. We were very happy with our stay. The online check-in was quick and straightforward, allowing us to walk straight into the hotel and head up to our room with ease. The family room was a great size, and the breakfast offered a nice and varied selection. The location was perfect as well—Tivoli, restaurants, Netto, the Christmas markets, and the train station were all just a short walk away.

This is a hotel that seems bad at first glance but just go inside. Despite the exterior the lobby is beautiful and the stab is realy nice. They can explain in english if needed and have good scervice. The rooms are nice and have all you need. Good chairs big beds, a place for work and you can get a good view of the nearby parts of the city from your windows.

My room was on the small side, but overall in decent condition. A lot of noisy seagulls in the morning that woke me up early, but can’t blame the hotel for that. My experience with the morning buffet is… not great. During morning breakfast when I found a large piece of plastic in the scrambled eggs. This hotel has seen better days unfortunately, there are some very gross spots in the room. The worst for me was the incredibly disgusting smell in the bathroom from the sewer system. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The Location is great, right in the heart of Aalborg.

I've stayed here several times already. It's suitable for business trips, with an excellent location and many landmarks to visit nearby. The environment and breakfast are both good!

The room was decent. You'll need to boil your own water and bring your own toiletries. There's no air conditioning, but it wasn't needed. The bed was quite soft, and the service was alright.

What a cozy and lovely hotel! The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to add more closet space. It's a bit out of the way, but that wasn't an issue for us as it's a quick walk to the city center.

The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. Most of it was very good, both in terms of location and the staff's attitude. Good breakfast in a nice room. Nice to have the opportunity to sit outside. Good with the ecological thinking. The only downside was that the toilet/bathroom was too small and cramped.

The room is clean enough and a little bit small but there is enough space to spend to chill after long sightseeing. The wall is thin so we can listen to the noise from other rooms. There are not so many amenities, even no fridge and kettle. But there is free water in the lobby, and you can also order paid drinks there.
