Booked for 1 day reception staff was very friendly on arrival and communication was excellent.  Room was spotless when entered and had loads of amenities inside the hotel.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable room. Beds and bedding are especially comfortable and rooms were quiet so we slept very well. I only wish they had an option of two single extra beds in the family room rather than just a double sofabed.

They initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer...

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Since it's a newer hotel (built in 2022), the facilities are quite modern. I especially loved the walk-in shower instead of the usual tub and shower combo! However, the room space is quite small.

generally all is good, thoughtful of them to offer free drinks for our honeymoon Some slight hiccups such as when we requested cutlery and miscellaneous items which were delivered rather slow. Was also told by a staff that there was a charge for bedroom slippers until I told her I got it the day before at no cost from another staff. Otherwise all is ok.

I’ve stayed in many different hotels in central Copenhagen. Thr scandic certainly rates as one of the better ones - clean, quiet and great location. Friendly front desk staff and thr breakfast was okay/good.

Good location near Dybbolsbro station and the best thing is the many eateries and shops right behind this hotel, lots of really good food and supermarket within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it was a good breakfast that I didn't get bored even for 4 days. The room was good enough tho the sheets and duvet had some stains and hair. Rooms were good, spacious and clean. No noise from the Highway nearby. Location is just 5min walk from the subway station with one stop to the airport and only few stops to the city center. For breakfast I just had a cinnamon roll and coffee in the main hall coffee shop, which is in a nice green oasis with palmtrees!

The stay was great, it is the second time we have been to this hotel. Strongly recommending you try out the breakfast, it has a great selection of food! I gave 4 stars for service as the heating didn't seem to work in our room, but the reception people were nice and gave us a portable heater which made things better. I would stay again at this hotel if going to Copenhagen!

We were very happy with our stay. The online check-in was quick and straightforward, allowing us to walk straight into the hotel and head up to our room with ease. The family room was a great size, and the breakfast offered a nice and varied selection. The location was perfect as well—Tivoli, restaurants, Netto, the Christmas markets, and the train station were all just a short walk away.

The hotel is great, the room isn't small, and the bed is comfortable. The downside is that it's a 9-minute walk to the subway station, and there are some cobblestone paths along the way. If your luggage wheels aren't very smooth, it could be a pain. However, it seems to be quite close to a 5C bus stop. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

We have been there with fifteen people. It was very satisfied since check-in until we left the hotel. Front desk service was good and very helpful since we also rent a car and need a parking. This is an instagrammable hotel, located next to "The Round Tower" and near Stroget. However, the nearest transportation hub (Norreport) is a walk away. This hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It is very traditional danish hotel, everything was neat. That being said, it is a historic building, with layers of history and that can be noted. Staff was kind and helpful. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was superb!
