The hotel is very beautiful and the location is very good for using metro to the city centre.

It was just okay, but everything in Scandinavia is indeed expensive. Overall, I'd give it about a 4-star rating. The cleanliness was so-so (the bedding was fine, but other facilities were quite old and a bit dirty), and breakfast was decent.

The hotel was really lovely and there was lots of hotel staff on hand ready to help if needed. Which i did on 1 occasion when my key card wasnt working the lift and i got stuck, they called out an engineer that day. Nust make sure that both you key cards work the lift. Booked for 1 day reception staff was very friendly on arrival and communication was excellent.  Room was spotless when entered and had loads of amenities inside the hotel.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and friendly staff and very comfortable room. Beds and bedding are especially comfortable and rooms were quiet so we slept very well. I only wish they had an option of two single extra beds in the family room rather than just a double sofabed.

They initially gave me the wrong room, a twin bed instead of a double, and then when I finally got a new room, the key card didn't work. It took three attempts to finally check in. The room was tiny, I couldn't even open my suitcase, and there was no daily room cleaning (I later found out you have to book it a day in advance). There's no phone in the room to call the front desk, and they don't offer...

The hotel is about a 12-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. Since it's a newer hotel (built in 2022), the facilities are quite modern. I especially loved the walk-in shower instead of the usual tub and shower combo! However, the room space is quite small.

generally all is good, thoughtful of them to offer free drinks for our honeymoon Some slight hiccups such as when we requested cutlery and miscellaneous items which were delivered rather slow. Was also told by a staff that there was a charge for bedroom slippers until I told her I got it the day before at no cost from another staff. Otherwise all is ok.

You can take the light rail directly from the airport, transfer once, and then walk to the hotel. There's also a ferry nearby, and the day pass is a good value. However, there aren't many supermarkets or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The location is convenient for connecting to the cruise terminal. After checking out, you can self-store your luggage for free, but it requires using your phone...

I’ve stayed in many different hotels in central Copenhagen. Thr scandic certainly rates as one of the better ones - clean, quiet and great location. Friendly front desk staff and thr breakfast was okay/good.

We have been there with fifteen people. It was very satisfied since check-in until we left the hotel. Front desk service was good and very helpful since we also rent a car and need a parking. Breakfast was very good and many. Location is so good, the hotel almost center of everything. It was a great experience to be there.

Very nice hotel, with a gym and Sauna. Also, quick links into the city by train. The only reason I mark down is that I didn't realise there was no kettle. Also the hairdryer was not the best. Otherwise the staff were quick and nice, and the building is very clean.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The front desk staff were super friendly. Although the room didn't have a kettle, free hot water was available from the coffee machine at the front desk. You'll need to take a bus or light rail to get to the city center.

Scandic is a common mid-range hotel chain in the Nordics. This particular one's advantages are its proximity to the airport and reasonable local pricing. The rooms are fairly clean and tidy, breakfast is plentiful, and there's free parking (register at the front desk). However, the room facilities are on par with a budget hotel like Hanting in China, and disposable toiletries are definitely not provided...

Good location near Dybbolsbro station and the best thing is the many eateries and shops right behind this hotel, lots of really good food and supermarket within walking distance. Hotel breakfast was pretty much the same everyday but it was a good breakfast that I didn't get bored even for 4 days. The room was good enough tho the sheets and duvet had some stains and hair. Housekeeping is not by default...

Rooms were good, spacious and clean. No noise from the Highway nearby. Location is just 5min walk from the subway station with one stop to the airport and only few stops to the city center. For breakfast I just had a cinnamon roll and coffee in the main hall coffee shop, which is in a nice green oasis with palmtrees!

The stay was great, it is the second time we have been to this hotel. Strongly recommending you try out the breakfast, it has a great selection of food! I gave 4 stars for service as the heating didn't seem to work in our room, but the reception people were nice and gave us a portable heater which made things better. I would stay again at this hotel if going to Copenhagen!

Breakfast was good, the croissants were delicious, and the room was large enough for a family of three, but they didn't provide a sofa bed, and the facilities were a bit worn.

We were very happy with our stay. The online check-in was quick and straightforward, allowing us to walk straight into the hotel and head up to our room with ease. The family room was a great size, and the breakfast offered a nice and varied selection. This hotel allows early check-in. There were construction scaffolding outside the window of the first room. The second room had no wifi signal. It happened that my data card ran out and I could only handle things in the corridor. The third room had wifi signal. The waiters were pretty nice. Hotel is next to the museum and few supermarkets along the way. Cafes and restaurants near proximity. Breakfast has limited variety but overall a great place to stay. Service staffs were always helpful and they also allowed me to leave my luggage af checkout.

This is a hotel that seems bad at first glance but just go inside. Despite the exterior the lobby is beautiful and the stab is realy nice. They can explain in english if needed and have good scervice. The rooms are nice and have all you need. Good chairs big beds, a place for work and you can get a good view of the nearby parts of the city from your windows.

My room was on the small side, but overall in decent condition. A lot of noisy seagulls in the morning that woke me up early, but can’t blame the hotel for that. My experience with the morning buffet is… not great. During morning breakfast when I found a large piece of plastic in the scrambled eggs. I also mentioned for the waiter that the boiled eggs they were keeping warm in a pot were ice cold...

This hotel has seen better days unfortunately, there are some very gross spots in the room. The worst for me was the incredibly disgusting smell in the bathroom from the sewer system. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The Location is great, right in the heart of Aalborg.

Easy ride on the metro to the hotel. Staff was very nice. Restaurant staff was even nicer. Great variety for breakfast. The spa was heavenly. You can book an hour privately for yourself or your crew. Its also a 45 mins train journey to Sweden for under £20 return

The room was decent. You'll need to boil your own water and bring your own toiletries. There's no air conditioning, but it wasn't needed. The bed was quite soft, and the service was alright.

What a cozy and lovely hotel! The facilities are great, and the service is excellent. My only suggestion would be to add more closet space. It's a bit out of the way, but that wasn't an issue for us as it's a quick walk to the city center.

Great property, bike rental was quite expensive but convenient & the pool area is very nice but could do with a clean/ upgrade. Would also be nice to make use of the outside area during winter - put the heaters on / have some service outside.

The staff were very friendly. There was plenty of breafast options including a good selection of drinks. The rooms are beautiful and calming with comfy beds and pillows. The hotel is situated out of the city but you can easily access this via tram or bus. We did walk to Tivoli Gardens which was a 30 minute walk but we felt very safe doing so. We would stay here again.
