Imperial Hotel in Copenhagen

We were very happy with our stay. The online check-in was quick and straightforward, allowing us to walk straight into the hotel and head up to our room with ease. The family room was a great size, and the breakfast offered a nice and varied selection. The location was perfect as well—Tivoli, restaurants, Netto, the Christmas markets, and the train station were all just a short walk away.

Great friendly staff here, I emailed that my brother and fiancée were staying here for their engagement and they took a complimentary bottle of champagne up to their room. They were so kind and helpful. I dealt with Emilee.

Though it was expensive but given it's December, in Copenhagen maybe it's just normal prices.

Hotel breakfast was excellent and staff were lovely.

My husband and I recently had a fantastic stay at the Imperial Hotel in Copenhagen. The location is truly unbeatable—it's just a short walk from Copenhagen Central Station and right next to Tivoli Gardens, which made exploring the city a breeze.

We had a balcony room, and it was a great choice. The views were beautiful, and having the extra outdoor space was a real plus. The two bathrooms were also a great bonus, making getting ready in the morning much more convenient for us.

The amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options to start the day. We also had a wonderful dinner at the in-house Italian restaurant. Another highlight for us was the hotel's bike rentals, as we loved cycling around the city. We also made use of the fitness center which was a nice addition.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen and hope to be back soon.
