Reviews
Overall, thumbs up!
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves a warning to others. First off, the pool was dirty—not just a few leaves, but clearly neglected. That was the first red flag.
Then we tried to order a simple mojito, and they didn’t even have the right liquor to make one. A basic cocktail, and they couldn’t manage it.
The place felt like a ghost town—no staff in sight, and when someone finally did show up, they seemed uninterested in helping.
But the real insult? We were charged 1,600 pesos for fried shrimp and fries—a dish that probably takes 10 minutes to make. When we voiced our concern about the absurd price, they were barely accommodating and acted like it was normal.
If you run a business, customer satisfaction should be your #1 priority. Clearly, this place is only focused on upcharging tourists as much as possible. It's not just bad service—it's robbery in plain sight.
Do yourself a favor and completely avoid this place. There are much better spots that respect their customers and offer real value. This is not one of them.
Check in:
We couldnt pay with creditcard
Another stress was I need to check for a code to verify my booking, the bookingnumber was not sufficien.
Room:
No room service during stay(cleaning)
Bathroom was always full water on the floor
Breakfast:
Terrible!!!!!!!
Felt like I was in jail, desk from concrete, can't leave hotel gate locked and no one there, no food in room, you must eat outside and buy their food and enjoy the mosquitos, no hot water after 9pm.
I gave one star and it is way too generous.
Also, is it dangerous to walk outside, and nothing to do, you would have to drive 35 min away from there to eat.
We left ASAP!!!
