This place could have been better since it has amazing beach and the food is quite decent. However all the receptionists were quite cold and rude and they did not respond at all to our requests.

I booked an ocean view room at Lopesan Costa Bávaro Resort, but the rooms I received had a pool view with no visible ocean, despite what was advertised. I even provided photo evidence showing the actual view from my room.
When I raised the issue, the hotel staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Even after escalating the matter through my booking agent, the hotel refused to acknowledge the misrepresentation or offer any refund or real resolution.
The resort itself is beautiful, but the service and handling of legitimate guest concerns were extremely disappointing. I expected honesty and basic accountability from a resort of this caliber, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short.
Would not recommend if you're expecting to get exactly what you book and pay for.

I liked the hotel very much. Beautiful new renovation, very large territory, there is where to walk, all restaurants and bars are stylishly decorated. Lots of greenery. The rooms are clean, large, stylish. The food is varied and tasty, comparable to Rixos, maybe even better. Alcoholic drinks are included, including elite ones: Chivas, Black Label, etc. Service and maintenance are at a high level, the waiters are very nice. The beach with white sand, there are no waves near the hotel, there is some seaweed, but they clean it every day. The buoys are close, but there is enough space for swimming. Very tasty coffee in the hotel coffee shop. The only negative is that there is no animation, so it is boring, but this is because of the quarantine, I think in non-quarantine, it is very fun here, there is: a night disco club, an amphitheater, a sports bar (worked) with cool cocktails and alcohol, the children's room also worked. There is a water park. There were four of us: two adults and two children, one teenager, and we really liked it. There is also a room for teenagers. We liked everything, the hotel you want to come back to!!! I recommend!

I liked the hotel very much. It is new, stylish, clean and comfortable. Very beautiful beach without waves with a smooth entry into the water. The food is very varied and we had enough. There were not many people and because of this some restaurants were closed, but it did not cause us any discomfort. Special thanks to the animators Frankline and Valeria. They made our days more fun. Thank you.

We had a rest in May 2021 with a company. We really liked the hotel, everything was clean and well-maintained. The food was at a sufficient level, the choice was always good, I would like more seafood. Alcohol is both local and imported, Wi-Fi does not catch very well on the beach, but this is not the main thing on vacation. There was a little seaweed on the beach, but they clean it up in the morning. Overall, I can safely recommend it 😊

I chose the Jellyfish Restaurant as the location for my wedding ceremony and reception. I could not have picked a place with better service, food, or staff! The design staff decorated the already GORGEOUS location with beautiful but subtle and stylish details and were very open to ideas and suggestions!
I eat gluten free and vegetarian and the wedding day coordinator went way out of her way to make sure the staff with food I could eat tracked me down. We chose to do cocktail style wedding and there was more than enough delicious food for everyone the entire night! The bar staff also were AMAZING at remembering our drinks and refilling them the minute they were finished! It was like magic! I have never seen better service in my entire life!
The DJ and emcee were awesome and played our suggested music all night and I have not one complaint!
This was the best decision I could have made!!! Everything was a dream and we owe it all to the Jellyfish's amazing staff!!
