Cayo Levantado Resort - All Inclusive in Samana

The room was immacuate, the service above and beyond my expectation and both my ambassadors Alexander and Eddyl were the best.

I cannot speak highly enough for this resort. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond and it almost seemed as if they couldn’t help us enough. One of the first statements made to us was “you are home.”
The resort is gorgeous and immaculate. Our room was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and fresh, every meal, every time. The pools and beach were clean with plenty of amenities. The staff was nothing short of stellar.
We will absolutely be returning to Cayo Levantado Resort in the future. Total perfection from start to finish.

My experience at the resort was extremely positive. We were very well received and accompanied by ambassador Eddyl. There were several of us, which was certainly a challenge, but they rose to the occasion, meeting all our needs, including the late check-out, which was very helpful. First, I must highlight the impeccable structure of the resort; everything is very well maintained, modern, and impeccably clean in all areas. The surrounding natural beauty makes everything even more special; the island's landscapes are breathtaking. The rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds, high-quality towels and linens. The gym has excellent equipment and truly professional support from Julio, who is very attentive and helpful. The spa is beautiful and offers various experiences. The pools are great, and the beach area is also very comfortable. We were extremely well taken care of there as well; Julio, with his irreverence and cheerfulness, made everything more pleasant; Edward, with his discretion and competence; and Glen, he definitely went out of his way to do everything to meet our needs. Regarding the food, both the quality of the dishes and the presentation were noteworthy. The meals are varied, tasty, and always very well prepared. The seafood is a highlight, which I really enjoyed. Yazmin (Food & Drink Manager) made all the necessary adaptations to the service to suit our culture of spending the whole day on the beach with snacks and drinks instead of full meals. She is a super manager who is making all the difference at the hotel. An impeccable professional and very friendly. In the restaurants, I must highlight the attention we received from Alan, Luiz, Miguelina, and Esmilsi, with a huge thank you to Miguel who was truly impressively present everywhere and always smiling to make everything special. All the hotel's areas are beautiful and the beach is stunning, making for perfect days of rest, but what really made the difference and made my stay special was the attention and availability of all the staff, like Emanuelle who simply charmed with her contagious smile. Even those not mentioned by name, everyone, without exception, was always willing to help and do their best to provide a great experience. Congratulations on the training. I leave the resort with great memories and hope to return someday.
As an area for improvement, I believe the all-inclusive system can still be enhanced. Outside of the resort's pre-established hours, it becomes time-consuming to order specific drinks or dishes, and the options for those who don't eat seafood at the à la carte dinners could be more varied, as noted by a friend who traveled with me. However, this doesn't compromise the experience, but there is certainly room for improvement.

Beautiful property! One of the nicest hotels ai’ve stayed at. The food is great, the beverages everything. Beautiful private beach, nice big pools, a great place to relax. The service… needs improvement, the staff is nice but not efficient, most of the times they get your orders wrong at the restaurants

The service there was also excellent; Julio, always cheerful and available, Edward, discreet and competent, and Glen, who truly went out of his way to assist us in EVERYTHING. The cuisine is varied and delicious, with a highlight being the seafood. Yazmin, the Food & Drink manager, made perfect adaptations to our style of enjoying the beach with snacks and drinks. An exceptional professional. Thank you! In the restaurants, the service from Alan, Luiz, Miguelina, and Esmilsi was impeccable, with special mention to Miguel, always smiling and present everywhere. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, as is the beach, but what truly made the stay special was the attention from the entire team, including Emanuelle, with her contagious smile. Even those not mentioned showed genuine willingness to provide a great experience. As an area for improvement, the all-inclusive system could be refined; outside of the defined hours, drinks and meals were slow to arrive or unavailable.

Best place I’ve ever stayed by far. Service like I’ve never experienced in my life. They are so friendly and accommodating. Everything from experiences to rides to different parts of the island are set up by a wonderful ambassador and they are so quick. The resort is beautiful and so many wellness options. The food is also great. I will recommended to everyone I know. I can’t say enough about how incredible it is. I never want to leave.

Our family just completed our ninth visit to Cayo Levantado Resort since first discovering this magical sanctuary in May 2024 , and what continues to amaze us is that every single stay becomes even more extraordinary than the one before.
