This place is something else. I would have to advise for the people coming to visit this resort who are American it is quite the adventure to get to this side of the island. You either fly into Santo Domingo or Santiago and have to either take a cab 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours to this side of the island. Or you can rent a car if you want to be bold. Clean, overlooking a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent. Did not give it a higher rating because at times there was nothing to eat. For an all inclusive, this is not the standard. However the food options were good when the buffet was open.

The TV did not work and was small , some of the property appliances were out dated , the room service was limited . The drinks were cheap brands . Expected more out of this experience. But the view in our room was beautiful A plus for that .

The staff was very nice and helpful, Specially thr bartender (Mauricio) at the lobby bar. He was very knowledgeable of the drinks and recomended a restaurant in the town outside the resort.

Ok resort - either twenty-somethings or older retirees for the most part. Food was excellent but service was not. If you don't speak French or Spanish, you will be ignored. Beautiful resort, the food was fantastic. Staff were good and friendly but not many had very good English. You can walk on the beach for miles and miles. About 25 minute walk down the beach towards Las Terenas you come to a cool restaurant and bar called El Mosquito. We were there Nov 2025 and will be going back next year.
