We expected a lot more for this hotel. Checking in, the receptionist was very friendly and so was the bellboy. The room was sober but clean and i have no comment on that. But, we had no warm water, even after it ran for over 15 minutes. The bartender was unfriendly and i made a comment to him directly that he had to learn to smile, that it does not cost anything. The property was beautiful, there were only 2 restaurants open out of the 4 or 5 restaurants they have listed. The evening activities were minimal during the month of April. Overall a nice stay, keycard for door stopped working and they quickly fixed it.. they dont have clean drinking water readily accessible.. except some water machine in the hotel room which has been inside it for god knows how long

Hotel Atlantis was amazing. It’s a very quiet hotel with a beautiful property full of trees and plants, located right on the beach and beach path. The staff was fantastic. They arranged taxi services for us, and the housekeeping team was incredible—going above and beyond each day to keep our room spotless. There are lots of great restaurants and drinks just steps away. The hotel is very clean, but the pictures on the site should be updated. Owner and staff are very pleasant. The place is cute but could use some TLC. There was only 1 lounge chair at the pool (an older one) and a few plastic chairs and small tables. The hot tub was not working. It's only about a kilometer from the beach and is in a good location near great restaurants.

I loved staying here! Location is perfect, short walk to beach and local bodega to buy food. Service was great, Morgan is extremely helpful and so sweet! We had an amazing stay at Figaro in Jan2021. The view is gorgeous for sure but the staff is also super friendly and willing to help!
