We had booked and prepayed a standard room via booking. I had contacted them some days before our trip to ask if they can help us visiting valley of the kings. When we arrived they had forgotten our reservation! Egyptians!!!
For real now, the room was nothing (we didn't care, as it was as clean as it had to be), but their mood, their behavior and humour was everything! They have restaurant where you can order from a catalogue and they will bring anything you ordered from restaurants around the area. If it is a simple plate they will prepare it in their small kitchen. They will prepare you a really big(!) breakfast in the morning and they will find you a driver to take you around luxor's temples and tombs for the whole day in a very good price. You can ask the reception for a hair dryer. The hotel is located is in luxor's center so it's really noisy (logical).
Thank you Venus, we'll see you again!

Caution, caution, caution!!!
I don’t normally do google reviews but this hotel is incredibly dishonest.
This hotel double charged me for my stay at their hotel in October 2025. After several conversations with the hotel team and manager/owner over a 3 month period for a refund, they still have not paid the refund. One excuse after another: eg we’re at the bank, we want to send via western union, can someone come and collect personally for you, send us a copy of your passport etc.
What a joke of a business/service !!!
A very dishonest company!!!
Prospective customers are warned. Their payment machine will show an error and they will ask you to try again, then double charge your account and they will not refund once you’re back to your country of origin. I know that they’re going to refute this review but it is an honest one.
Mr Hassan, I am still waiting for my EGP6250.00 from you guys.

My experience at this property was poor.
Basic amenities were absent.
Overpriced tours were provided.
The tours were often punctual and forced into shops to force customers to buy and sell.
I know many Asians stay at this property, but they only see us as money.

Staff at the hotel was very helpful and nice. Location is slao good for sightseeing. We did feluca trip for sun set with Angi, was very nice.we enjoyed it very much. We did dunrise balloon ride booked thriugh Venus hitel. This was very nice. Thd company Hassan booked was really nice. Both activities recommended.

Great location just a short walk to Luxor Temple, with lots of shops nearby. We only stayed for one full day, but really enjoyed our time. The rooms are simple but clean. The service and staff were absolutely wonderful! Mr. Hassan was very accommodating and Mohamed our driver, was always attentive and ready for us after each tour. Andnany and the rest of the team were always happy to help. We’d definitely stay here again when we’re back in Luxor!

The owner spoke good Japanese, and the other staff also spoke Japanese, so I felt at ease.

Thanks to the owner, Hassan, and all the wonderful staff, our stay in Luxor was a very enjoyable one. Their mascot dog, Roy, is large but well-behaved and gentle. We booked a one-day taxi and hot air balloon tour. The price was very reasonable, and although the hot air balloon tour was canceled on the day due to strong winds, we received a full refund. They were also happy to help with laundry and small currency exchange requests. This was the only place where we could truly relax.
The hotel faces a busy street, so horns can be loud at night, and you'll need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.
The hot water was strong, but the water pressure was better in the evening than in the evening.
We'll definitely use it again when we try the hot air balloon again.

It was a really great hostel!! Daha (the little boy) was very friendly and gave us free Coke and chai.
The owner speaks Japanese and will give you travel advice and lend you bicycles.
The location is also great, within walking distance of Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple, as well as the Nile River side!

I definitely recommend you go!!

Because the hotel is booked through a hotel reservation intermediary, Trip.com does not have a direct contract with the hotel, so we had some trouble confirming our reservation. However, we contacted Trip.com and managed to resolve the issue.
The staff were very kind and listened to our requests as much as possible, including ordering food, fruit, drinks, and McDonald's.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of Luxor Station, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple.
The hotel also has its own taxi service, making it easy to request transportation to ruins like the Valley of the Kings.
The owner speaks Japanese, so it was easy to ask for advice.
I especially recommend this hotel for Japanese solo travelers and those looking for a budget-friendly group trip.

The room and bathroom are clean, and the service is very warm. The hotel has a 24-hour check-in. When I arrived at 10 am, the room was ready for me to check in. My flight was in the evening, and the owner also offered to extend my flight time to the airport for free. Thank you very much 🙏 The prices of the hot air balloon and airport transfer they booked were reasonable!
