I rated my hotel 5 stars, especially because the front desk team (Osama Selina , Amr, Mayar )provided an exceptional customer experience. Their service truly stood out and made my stay memorable.

The hotel is good but I feel it is over rated. Gorgeous beach but too many flies. Rooms are comfortable Food prices are prohibitive. Access to the hotel location from the main highway is terrible.

I drove there, parked in front of the entrance, and expected someone to help with the luggage — but no one came. I unloaded everything myself, and then a staff member approached me asking for my reservation name

The hotel boasts ample green space with comfortable seating areas, with access facilities for handicaped

I’ll begin with the negative points, and I really hope someone reads and corrects them: 1. At the main gate, the security guard told me to go to Tower 3 after checking my reservation name

This place was a 10/10, the weather was perfect and the water was clear. The waiters are very nice and this place has very fast service. The stretching zone was very relaxing and peaceful. I will 100% come back next time

The hotel is well-equipped, clean, and beautiful, especially the sea view rooms which offer stunning views

Before reservation, i read a lot of reviews about porto Marina Hotel. I became hesitant for a while, but I took the decision to take the experience from my side

what i need more than that?! The perfect clear sea ( the lake) and a perfect sandy beach with a very nice entertainment team and many water sports There are no extra fees for the umbrella and chairs, both are included in the hotel price

There is no need to ride your car to reach the beach. It is a few steps from the hotel building. At night you will find a lot of cafes, restaurants, shops, kids entertainment and sometimes singing party or dancing shows

It is good for families. The only bad thing is that the chalets are very old and need maintenance. But it still good and for families

The service is excellent... very clean with good breakfast, small but very clean swimming pool, beach is near but they drive you to it by electric golf cars, rooms are small but well equipped and very clean

You don’t get the animation teams , several restaurants to choose from or a convenient transportations out of the Mirage. What you get is a very clean place , outstanding custom attention and a beautiful beach and pool

There is no request that is to much for them to handle. You don't get animation teams or the different restaurant options but what you do get is tranquility at its best

Very exciting place to spend the weekend or vacation, The view of the wide green areas and golf grounds is really stunning and Breathtaking, Although is far from the beach but has A lot of swimming pools, The family can spend enjoyable times in the organised events and celebrations during the summer time, A lot of activities for all ages, kids, teenagers and adults

There was an amazing trip with my friends, I liked it so much but I felt there the staff could be attentive and be prepared and their communications skills not the fluent but the rooms were very nice and comfort and the location so close to the sea it was amazing to take a photoes and to be in quiet atmosphere, the service was excellent but take a long time

Beach was stunningly beautiful, very clean water & sand, could've used more showers and toilets The pool was very big, even if there were a lot of people you still wouldn't feel crowded The animation team went above and beyond in their night shows to keep everyone entertained and they're great with kids

It was a fantastic trip. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, soft, and comfortable, and the seawater had a beautiful gradient of blue. The only downside was the large waves, but they were still quite spectacular.

The rooms are still find beside the beach. The beach was so death and we found a nail there. The workers at the beach just sitting under umbrella and not doing anything(at least they could clean the beach)
