One star is too much…

If you are thinking in buying an apartment don’t waste your money. Inside the buildings the elevators don’t work and once works stop for any reason. This problem is since I received my unit (2 years ago and nothing changed).
The paiting inside buildings and the floor looks old and damaged but the building is not old. Everything looks really bad…. And Ahhhhh, they are building thousand units and this place will be so crowded and I don’t know how the cars will move.

They just build and don’t make maintenance. The quality of everything is bad, they use low and cheap items as elevator and raw material.

I was renting apartments there, not in the hotel directly and here's my summary:

1. cheap place in sahel - it's good
2. people there are extremely rude and uneducated - im talking about community in general.
3. I like that they are opening more cafes and restaurants on the territory each year
4. now about apartments itself - why owners are not keeping them clean ? no matter the price apartments inside look like dogs cage... extremely dirty and ugly. they don't change sheets, furniture, dishes is dirty for many months as well as bathroom. very disappointing tbh.

This place is an absolute disgrace! Without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. My partner and I came from Barcelona to spend a few days with friends on the north coast, and from the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. The resort is filthy and smells terrible, it's disgusting. The fridge was full of mold, which is completely unacceptable and revolting. The floor was so dirty that after walking around for just 10 minutes in socks, they turned black and sticky.

And that's not all, we found a cigarette in the bathroom. How disgusting! This clearly shows they have no hygiene or care. On top of that, we got a room facing all the activities, so we couldn't sleep with all the noise.

The air conditioning smelled awful and everything was covered in grime. I can't believe this place is open to the public! It's unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid this place like the plague! A horrible experience from start to finish!
