Actually I’ve been enjoying always my stay in general at this wonderful hotel and my experience at the spa is always amazing and the staff as well are all so nice and professional 🥰 Ibrahim and saow are excellent and they were so specific and are excellent!

The room was equipped with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and included 6 complimentary boxes of capsules (3 strong, 3 medium); the mini-bar offered 11 complimentary drinks, 8 tea bags, and at least 4 packets of instant coffee (I think at least 4)

Especial thanks to Nassiba, she was super helpful and guided to the room and was always checking during our stay if we needed something, Especial thanks to Moataz at the reception, he smoothly facilitated our check-in and check out procedures

I which i had things to say other than yhe beautiful view. The water is amazing! Thats it you guys have to train your staff

They need to open a bathroom for people in the pool other than the reception's bathroom! And most important to get a net for the lifeguards to take out jellyfish of the sea! The guy has burned off his hand trying to get jellyfish out! That was very inhumane! When we talked to a supervisor,he claimed that the lifeguard has a net but prefers to not use it and burns his hands! Very unprofessional and...

Highly recommended, first time here! Beautiful beaches, lovely restaurants, great atmosphere. Definitely come again! There's something for everyone to do in and on the water

Very Nice Place To Have A Vacation With Your Family

The hotel is located outside the airport outside of Alexandria. It is a good place for summer vacation and leisure. If you go out with relatives, friends or family, it is okay to stay here occasionally.

Nice place, helpful staff, aqua park, supermarket at normal prices, the village is not directly on the sea but it is close by two minutes drive

Every thing opens in night mostly The pool is not deep it is OK not great

A great summer vacation destination.

There was an amazing trip with my friends, I liked it so much but I felt there the staff could be attentive and be prepared and their communications skills not the fluent but the rooms were very nice and comfort and the location so close to the sea it was amazing to take a photoes and to be in quiet atmosphere, the service was excellent but take a long time

It was a fantastic trip. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, soft, and comfortable, and the seawater had a beautiful gradient of blue. The only downside was the large waves, but they were still quite spectacular.

The room is nice. It smells kind of weird but it’s big. The kid area was amazing and I loved the pool. The bed was great. It was cool and cold and I loved it. The beach was far, but it was great. Five star review.

I had a great stay at Rhactus Hotel in Alamein. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohamed Basyouny for his outstanding support and kindness, he truly made the experience better.

Marassi Water Park is about 30–35 minutes away. A major downside was managers loudly scolding staff in the lobby, which was uncomfortable to witness. No beach access, and the underground pool didn’t feel inviting

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while in Alamein and was wowed by the ambiance and service... the receptionists were very helpful and the team in the restaurant are very courteous... I highly recommend it

The rooms are still find beside the beach. The beach was so death and we found a nail there. The workers at the beach just sitting under umbrella and not doing anything(at least they could clean the beach)
