I rated my hotel 5 stars, especially because the front desk team (Osama Selina , Amr, Mayar )provided an exceptional customer experience. Their service truly stood out and made my stay memorable.

The hotel is good but I feel it is over rated. Gorgeous beach but too many flies. Rooms are comfortable Food prices are prohibitive. Access to the hotel location from the main highway is terrible.

Title: Amazing hotel, stay was perfect

Let me give you a full review of my 2-night stay there.

They say the first impression sets the tone for the whole story — but that wasn’t the case here.

I’ll begin with the negative points, and I really hope someone reads and corrects them:
1. At the main gate, the security guard told me to go to Tower 3 after checking my reservation name. I drove there, parked in front of the entrance, and expected someone to help with the luggage — but no one came. I unloaded everything myself, and then a staff member approached me asking for my reservation name. After checking, he said, “Sorry, sir, your booking is actually in Tower 1.” I agreed and waited for him to arrange the luggage transfer, but he politely told me to do it myself.
It was an unprofessional experience, especially for a hotel of this size — they should have provided a luggage cart or staff to handle it. I had to load everything back into the car and drive to Tower 1, where finally someone helped with my bags.
2. The beach bathrooms were extremely bad, with an unbelievably unpleasant smell. I’m sure that this bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for hours.
3. No one informed us that there were kids’ activities, cookies, and other events. We only found out about them by coincidence from the animation team member as we were leaving the hotel.
4. The toilet spray handles are most likely not original, which makes them feel rough, wrinkled, and peeling. You are a luxury hotel — this is unacceptable, especially since the texture feels unpleasant to use.

Now, let’s move to the amazing things:
1. The pool and beach are amazing. Just one point — the air conditioning in the indoor pool area was freezing. But overall, it’s very cozy and wonderful.
2. The staff at the towel station, restaurant, and room service are extremely professional.
3. The waiters and chefs during breakfast and lunch were amazing — so helpful and always smiling.
4. The food quality is incredible. Every single item was delicious.
5. The night show was good, but it could be better. You’re a premium hotel, so you should have a premium show.
6. The DJ at the beach was very, very good — everyone was dancing, especially with the balloons! It was such a fun and lively atmosphere.

This is the first time I’ve felt genuinely good about a hotel in Egypt.
I just want to say to the person in charge: all we need in Egypt is to “know how to treat guests in hotels.” We already have everything better than the Gulf and Europe — we just need the right hospitality touch

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The Kids Area was great, with plenty of activities to keep our kids entertained. The pizza was tasty, and the kids loved the Zumba sessions. Our rooms were comfortable and clean, and the beach was lovely. The evening shows were fun, with some talented performers. Overall, we'd definitely recommend this resort to families looking for a relaxing and entertaining vacation.

Sandy beach perfect for swimming equipment with many facilities and bars to enjoy the day.

I enjoyed an excellent break with family in this resort.
Everything was perfect ,we went during october.service is one of the finest, location is extremely good you enjoy the beach,pools and facilities.
The resort is an all inclusive package,you will enjoy a variety of delicious food.there is a big kids club and fitness club with spa

Had a lovely time here. Hotel is a bit tired, for example the slide doors to the balcony were difficult to lock due to the rust, and there was a smell from the shower drains which may be old and in need for service, other than that the pool and beach were amazing, as was the all inclusive buffet, and the alacarte restaurants. I would consider going again, although we went out of season (end of September) and it was very quiet, perhaps too quiet.

I had an incredible time at this hotel. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views of the Mediterranean were stunning. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxing. It’s a great mix of luxury and fun.
I highly recommend it and would love to visit again!
