We had a good stay in the hotel, the room was so clean (thanks to the amazing house keeping team), and the food was fantastic (thanks to the restaurant team “cookers and staff”), the pools were so clean and the beach is well taken care of

It was a fantastic trip. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, soft, and comfortable, and the seawater had a beautiful gradient of blue. The only downside was the large waves, but they were still quite spectacular.

Could easily stay in a much fancier all-inclusive red sea resort for the same money paid (even during peak season). Nevertheless, the entire north coast will rarely give you any value for money, sadly

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! The Kids Area was great, with plenty of activities to keep our kids entertained. The pizza was tasty, and the kids loved the Zumba sessions

I drove there, parked in front of the entrance, and expected someone to help with the luggage — but no one came. I unloaded everything myself, and then a staff member approached me asking for my reservation name

The waiters and chefs during breakfast and lunch were amazing — so helpful and always smiling. The food quality is incredible. Every single item was delicious. The night show was good, but it could be better

With good management and team. Everything is done to make guest feel welcome. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room at the front of the swimming pool was a bit crowded but clean and easy access to water activities .

Check-in was a little bit not satisfactory, but I rapidly forgot what happened as I came to relax not to become bothered by the front desk employees. Checkout was rapid Room: fabulous location with direct sea view

The service is also very attentive; as soon as we arrived and were waiting to check in, the staff thoughtfully brought us fresh juice and a fruit platter. Overall, it was a five-star experience

what i need more than that?! The perfect clear sea ( the lake) and a perfect sandy beach with a very nice entertainment team and many water sports There are no extra fees for the umbrella and chairs, both are included in the hotel price

The room service should have close supervision as we asked them many times to remember changing the bed sheets without response. Despite little things, I d love to come back to this hotel next summer ☀️ inshaa Allah

Actually I’ve been enjoying always my stay in general at this wonderful hotel and my experience at the spa is always amazing and the staff as well are all so nice and professional 🥰 Ibrahim and saow are excellent and they were so specific and are excellent!

The room was equipped with a Nespresso capsule coffee machine and included 6 complimentary boxes of capsules (3 strong, 3 medium); the mini-bar offered 11 complimentary drinks, 8 tea bags, and at least 4 packets of instant coffee (I think at least 4)

They need to open a bathroom for people in the pool other than the reception's bathroom! And most important to get a net for the lifeguards to take out jellyfish of the sea! The guy has burned off his hand trying to get jellyfish out! That was very inhumane! When we talked to a supervisor,he claimed that the lifeguard has a net but prefers to not use it and burns his hands! Very unprofessional and...

The hotel is located outside the airport outside of Alexandria. It is a good place for summer vacation and leisure. If you go out with relatives, friends or family, it is okay to stay here occasionally.

Marassi Water Park is about 30–35 minutes away. A major downside was managers loudly scolding staff in the lobby, which was uncomfortable to witness. No beach access, and the underground pool didn’t feel inviting

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while in Alamein and was wowed by the ambiance and service... the receptionists were very helpful and the team in the restaurant are very courteous... I highly recommend it

The rooms are still find beside the beach. The beach was so death and we found a nail there. The workers at the beach just sitting under umbrella and not doing anything(at least they could clean the beach)
