Mirage Hotel Sidi Abd Elrahman in El Alamein

We’ve stayed over a week in this hotel first week in August. It was our first time ever in Sahel for over 30 years . We were looking for separate chalets to avoid being in one single Villa for 10 people . The concept of the Mirage hotel was what we were looking for . The hotel is different than your traditional hotel .Its a various size chalets in a compound owned and Maged by independent Mirage hotel chain . You don’t get the animation teams , several restaurants to choose from or a convenient transportations out of the Mirage .What you get is a very clean place , outstanding custom attention and a beautiful beach and pool . Special thanks to Mr Ahmed who went over the call of duty to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable .

My God, where do I start. This place is like heaven on earth. The beauty is comparable to only Seychelles and Maldives. Hotel staff are very accommodating and make sure that your needs are always met. There is no request that is to much for them to handle. You don't get animation teams or the different restaurant options but what you do get is tranquility at its best. Breakfast featured a wide spread of savoury and sweet and sheer amount was actually overwhelming. Having travelled the rest of Egypt the food here was by far the best. Lunch and dinner can be ordered via the onsite Bleu restaurant. The private beach is the highlight of this hotel. Turquoise,warm water of the Mediterranean sea. What more could one ask for. My only regret is that I wish I could have stayed longer. A 10/10 experience.
