The room was kept spotless everyday, our cleaner Mohammed was exceptional even came to us at the pool to make sure everything was to our liking and if we wanted anything more to let him know.
All the staff from the cleaners to management went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us.
SOHO Square is just a short walk from the hotel, offering everything from Abu Auf to pharmacies, souvenirs, and clothing. There are also hotel shuttle buses to Naama Bay and the Old Market. It's recommended to book these early as there's a limited capacity.
The hotel had many pools and cute cats, making it a very comfortable stay. My only complaint was that the shower water in my room was lukewarm. Other than that, everything was perfect.
