The service was also good; there was no pressure to tip. The buffet was surprisingly delicious, with several dishes each day that were particularly suited to Asian palates, and most importantly, very cooling. I would definitely come again!
The room was cleaned daily, and they were very generous with water and toiletries.
The only downside was that room service was a bit slow.
The advantage of an all-inclusive hotel is that food and drinks are unlimited. The hotel also has quite a few entertainment facilities, making it a great place for vacationers to enjoy themselves.
Sunrise Court was also impressive — the restaurant manager and all the waitresses were consistently friendly, warm, and attentive.
I’d also like to mention the lady from Customer Relations — her name sounded like Menna (apologies if I’ve spelled it incorrectly). She is local and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, especially on our departure day. Her support made everything much smoother.
Overall, this is a very good hotel with great service, lovely staff, and food that exceeded our expectations. We would certainly recommend it.
Its prime location makes it an ideal winter destination, particularly with the benefit of a heated pool.
The beach facilities are satisfactory.
The entertainment team is exceptional, consistently delivering engaging activities, positive energy, and enthusiasm.
The staff across all departments—reception, restaurants, bars, housekeeping, lifeguards, golf cart drivers, and security—demonstrate outstanding hospitality and provide friendly, professional service.
The culinary offerings at both Bay View and Sea Breeze restaurants are excellent, featuring a diverse and delicious selection, though I personally favored Sea Breeze.
My deluxe room provided a very good and tidy environment, offering ample space and a comfortable bed.
The sole issue encountered in the room was the absence of a bidet hose, which presents a challenge for Egyptian and Muslim guests. However, this concern was promptly addressed and resolved.
A minor inconvenience was a brief power outage, likely due to maintenance, which was quickly restored and did not significantly impact my stay.
In conclusion, I extend my gratitude to the entire staff and management of the resort. I anticipate this will not be my final visit.
From the very first moment, we felt welcome. The staff were all equally friendly—from the bar team to the gardeners. Special thanks go to the Food & Beverage Manager, an exceptionally friendly and affable man with whom we had a wonderful experience. Emma from Guest Relations also deserves a special mention: her genuine helpfulness and warmth really made a difference. Two absolute gems!
The rooms are spacious and very clean. If we had to mention one minor drawback, it's that they are in dire need of updating. But this didn't detract from the overall experience.
In short: a hotel where service and friendliness are paramount, situated in beautiful surroundings. We had a wonderful time and would love to return!
