Our stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. They are incredibly helpful and very friendly, always ready to assist with a smile and ensure everything runs perfectly.

The hotel offers many restaurants with a great variety of foods and drinks, so there is something for everyone. Every meal was delicious, and the wide selection made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

The entertainment team is amazing and full of energy. The show provided by Neverland is top notch and truly impressive, with outstanding performances and production quality.

The water attractions are also excellent, offering plenty of fun and relaxation for all ages.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily return again.

A great stay at Albatros Aqua Park, Sharm El Sheikh

We spent 10 days here and left very satisfied. The water park is large with slides for all ages, the pools are clean, and the resort is well maintained. For families with children — one of the best options in Sharm.
The main restaurant operates at a level you rarely find in hotels of this format. I want to specifically highlight Mr. Metwaly Elkady, the F&B Manager — not as a courtesy, but because the difference is genuinely felt. He is the kind of manager who is present in the dining room himself, rather than managing from behind closed doors. He notices when the service rhythm is off somewhere, when a table isn't set properly, or when a guest has been waiting longer than they should.
What's remarkable is that the hotel hosts hundreds of guests, yet thanks to the way he runs things, every single person feels like the only one. I caught myself thinking that I didn't feel like just another face in the crowd, but like an important guest who was personally taken care of. That is a rare quality, and Mr. Metwaly seems to consider it simply part of the job. A personal thank you — well deserved.

Our first family holiday in 6 years and we have had a fantastic time. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful and polite . Nothing is too much bother for them. And always serve with a smile. The waterpark has so much to do on this site alone without the sister hotel across the road which you can use for free too and eat and drink there for free which is a big bonus. Food was great and the room was always cleaned . We don’t want to go home and would happily stay here again. We will be returning most defo. The show at the neverland was fantastic and we actually watch it 3 times .atmosphere was lovely . There’s a free shuttle bus to the beach which runs every half hour and the beach is lovely too . Free drink and food there included with your all inclusive passes. Overall a fantastic holiday and made some lovely memory’s for me and my family .

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The animation team is great, the food is fantastic, and there are a few heated pools that the kids absolutely enjoyed and splashed in all day long. We will definitely be back soon.

We had a terrific stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort in Sharm and would happily return. The highlight for our family was the fantastic water parks — they kept our kids entertained for hours every day and were a huge part of what made the trip so memorable. The staff across the resort were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to our room cleaner, Ibrahim, who was absolutely lovely and took great care of us throughout our stay. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out.

The food service staff were also very kind and welcoming, and while the food was perfectly passable with plenty of choice, there is room for a slight improvement in overall quality and variety to match the otherwise high standard of the resort.

Our children enjoyed the kids club, but we do think it could be improved with longer operating hours and clearer posting of scheduled activities — particularly sports like football. On that note, the football field would benefit greatly from having turf installed instead of the current hard surface, as the hard floor can lead to kids getting minor injuries during games.

Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday. The water parks are outstanding, the staff are terrific, and the atmosphere is fun and welcoming. With a few small improvements, this resort could be exceptional across the board. Terrific check in and check out with the great front desk team. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay.

My dad has already written a review but I wanted to write my own because I had the most amazing experience with my family! 10/10 would recommend!! The staff are so lovely, from the cleaners to the chefs -special shout out to Chef Prince Lalima, his Indian food reminded us of home (try his Tandoori Chicken!!). Would also like to shout out to the Entertainment team over at White Bar, thanks to all of you, and thank you, Khan - for a fun and memorable experience full of laughter and good fun! Each and every staff member played their part in making our stay a memorable experience full of laughter and giggles! I loved the different shows and activities they had going by the pool during the day and from 9pm at White Bar! Each and every staff member played their part in making us feel warm and welcome, and just making for such a lovely experience overall My family and I usually don't visit the same place twice but we'll have to make an exception because Pickalbatros Aqua Park Sharm El Sheikh has made a very special place in our hearts! :)

2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Amazing hotel couldn’t have asked for more. We asked for the same room as last year they tried their best to accommodate this only 2 rooms away 8166. Pools cleaned to a high standard and gardeners constantly working hard to make the grounds look amazing. Lifeguards were amazing with the kids especially Mohamed khaled who stood out at this hotel just so kind. Mohamed was especially good with my son who has ADHD. Celebrated my partners birthday they pulled out all the stops to make it an evening to remember. Waiters in the restaurants couldn’t do enough for our family. Manager of the hotel think his name was Mohamed so kind and understanding very helpful. Ali the chef makes the most amazing beef shawarma and fresh pizzas. Excursions booked through hotel buggy safari was an experience we will never forget so many memories made.Would highly recommend this hotel didn’t want to come home. See you all next year
