I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. Even before I got back to Norway. Easy and Good service. Had great food and Junior Suite, can recommend. Both the Hotel, Egypt and Trip.com.

The resort itself is a massive complex. So many different activities and food. We booked all inclusive deal. Staff were friendly. Also loved the aqua park so much!

Very, very excellent, cleanliness and attention, but restaurant reservations are difficult. You have to make reservations two days in advance. It’s strange how two days in advance and there is no online service.

Amazing location for snorkeling and relaxing. Friendly personnel, good food and weather. But I put 4 stars because we were missing some basic stuff such as tooth brash, slippers and robe. Rooms conditions can be slightly better too. But recommend the location any way.

Judging by the hotel's pictures in net, it might seem new, but it's an old hotel; its half meter deep, you can't swim more than that its limited space... I had a disappointing experience at Rixos Hotel. The food quality was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The staff attitude felt very rigid and unwelcoming, more like dealing with the army than hospitality professionals. There were many people, and we were the only Chinese guests here; everyone was a Russian VIP. We drank and sunbathed a lot. The environment was okay, and the snorkeling conditions seemed alright without comparison. Beach spots are limited, so you need to arrive early to secure a good spot. Some staff members were rude, and there was no hot water on our first night.

The hotel rooms were decent, and the overall environment was acceptable. However, the entire park was enormous, making getting around very inconvenient. Beautiful resort. I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious. Best area to stay in Sharm ! Beautiful Christmas decorations. Everywhere is clean and spotless. Attentive and friendly staff. Room cleaner also spot on, they mop the floor daily. Just the toiletries need to be upgraded, they are so bad, it’s not soapy at all.

Wonderful staffs, specially Mohammad, Lena front office, lema Concierge and great guys in Safari bar. Mina and other staffs in Tirana restaurant. Thanks indeed The only very bad thing is that INTERNET is weak and doesn't take everywhere in the hotel and even in the common area and in the rooms. They should improve your coverage. Great well designed large resort hotel with a large shopping mall attached. Food and drinks are also good. We had the 'E' package which also includes free food and drinks in 4 restaurants in the mall on top of the ample free restaurants inside the hotel. Definitely 5 star but if I was to be critical of anything it's the lack of coral and fish off of the resort beach compared to other resorts we've...

Location, atmosphere, rooms and foods are very nice but you should work with yours waiters in restaurants they are so lazy, spa was good, Muhammad in photo was great guy thanks a lot

Kids are extremely to join the activities every day, we also as parents had much fun watching the interesting shows. The team is fantastic 10/10

The animation is great for children, the activities are also great, the face painting by the pool is fun, the children will really enjoy it :)

Bar at aqua park pool is the best. Tiki bar and barman Gebril are the best during our vacation. We became best friends with him. He always on time and ready to make any drink you prefer in short period. Generally hotel is very good especially heated pools and food. I am strongly recommend Duck. They usually serve it on Saturday and once during the week. Must try food.

The atmosphere is very good, the food and drinks were amazing, we had sushi amd the stir fried beef which were delicious.
