Very tired hotel in need of a lot of maintenance, pools great rooms OK but in need of work, food very poor even speciality restaurants not good, and majority of staff lacking any warmth, overall not a great trip

I wouldn’t say this hotel was five star for seven days we had no hot water for four days to lift didn’t work, but that’s the last of my complaints for anything that was wrong they compensated four fold. The staff were amazing. All of the guards, supervisor and staff in the aqupark and swimming pools and beach were not only extremely friendly but also extremely conscientious. Today is March 14th, and I'm at Domina Coral Bay Oasis. Guys, the hotel is amazing! I didn't even expect it. The rooms aren't brand new, but they're clean, and they clean them every other day. Spacious room, helpful staff. Some more attention needs to be given to reduce use of single use plastics e.g.plastic straws (which are banned in Europe), move towards soap/shampoo dispensers rather than individual tubes and improve signage on reef to prevent people walking on it.

The hotel's pictures looked beautiful, but we didn't end up going to Sharm El Sheikh because of a change in our travel plans, so we didn't check in. It would have been great if the hotel had allowed us to cancel for free.

Good place for a couple vacation

The room has a very charming, antique design. The staff are enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and the hotel's beach and architecture create a beautiful and relaxing environment. The only minor drawback was that the water flow from the faucet in the room was intermittent, but everything else was great.

The resort has a beautiful design which I really liked, but the rooms and furniture are old. Cleanliness is average, but the facilities and beach are excellent. It's a lovely resort, but more attention should be paid to cleanliness.

The room amenities were a bit dated, and there's only one pool which tended to get very crowded. The food was also quite mediocre. However, the biggest advantage is the four beaches, offering an excellent snorkeling environment. The water depth was perfect, allowing us to see plenty of fish and coral.
