We had a very good holiday. The coral reef is amazing. Lots of swimming space (you are not limited to a small patch like at some other hotels). Food was good. Rooms are a bit dated but that's alright. We enjoyed the company of resident cats 🐈

Rooms can do with an update, especially mattress and cushions. Location is superb. Restaurants and bars are pricey but if you have all inclusive, it's a reasonable price. Beaches are very clean and the resort is very clean and tidy, including general bathrooms all over the site.

The significant problem is poor wi-fi. Coverage is not enough. In my room there was no signal at all. Mostly you can catch signal in the lobby and near pool. Though even there the signal is unstable, reconnecting all the time and the speed is slow. Second problem is mosquitos. Especially in the evening. Third is lack of infrastructure nearby. No chain supermarket, nearby is nothing what you are accustomed...

The hotel is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of Naama Bay. The rooms are renovated but unfortunately not very clean. There was no toilet paper in my room upon arrival. Eden Rock is the first hotel in Egypt that didn't provide beach towels. Cleanliness in the restaurant was poor; tables were dirty and were only cleared, not cleaned.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, no hot water, and the showers didn't work. There were bugs in the rooms, and hair and other debris on the floor, so it felt like the room wasn't well-cleaned. The doors were hard to open, and some of the cleaning staff were unfriendly. The breakfast wasn't very tasty either. However, the pool was nice.

Okay the only good think I’m gonna say about the hotel is the location and the staff in the morning were so helpful.
