I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. Even before I got back to Norway. Easy and Good service. Had great food and Junior Suite, can recommend. Both the Hotel, Egypt and Trip.com.

The resort itself is a massive complex. So many different activities and food. We booked all inclusive deal. Staff were friendly. Also loved the aqua park so much!

Very, very excellent, cleanliness and attention, but restaurant reservations are difficult. You have to make reservations two days in advance. It’s strange how two days in advance and there is no online service.

The hotel rooms were of Home Inn standard, with grouty finishes and poor cleanliness. Public area facilities were of five-star resort hotel standard. Staff were generally indifferent to East Asian faces but warm towards Caucasians. The food was delicious.

There were many people, and we were the only Chinese guests here; everyone was a Russian VIP. We drank and sunbathed a lot. The environment was okay, and the snorkeling conditions seemed alright without comparison. Beach spots are limited, so you need to arrive early to secure a good spot. Some staff members were rude, and there was no hot water on our first night.

The hotel rooms were decent, and the overall environment was acceptable. However, the entire park was enormous, making getting around very inconvenient. Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. Good place for a couple vacation

The room has a very charming, antique design. The staff are enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and the hotel's beach and architecture create a beautiful and relaxing environment. The only minor drawback was that the water flow from the faucet in the room was intermittent, but everything else was great.

The room amenities were a bit dated, and there's only one pool which tended to get very crowded. The food was also quite mediocre.
