Hostel Tallinn in Tallinn

Extremely disappointing experience. The apartment was not cleaned or prepared before my arrival. The bed still had used sheets from the previous guests, the only available towels were dirty (used from the previous guests), and the place was generally untidy.

Since I arrived late in the evening and had to leave at 6 am, I had no other option, but to sleep on other guests bedding and use unwashed towels.

When I reported the issue to Booking.com, I received almost no meaningful support or apology. The offered €10 "compensation" for a €60 stay is completely inadequate.

I also provided photo evidence and timestamped screenshots to both the property and Booking.com, but after more than a week, neither has offered a proper resolution.

I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It's unacceptable to rent out a room in such condition.

It's kind a good location, but, it's not a hostel, kind long term rental rooms with sharing toilets.
Some rooms are kinda normal, to be honest.
The backdoor of the building is always open anyone can enter the building, and many homeless and drunk people enter and went up to the floors checking for open doors ...
Regarding the rooms, it's dirty and smells smoke 🚬 all the time. The heating during winter doesn't work completely as well the rooms doesn't have sound isolation.
Regarding toilets and bathrooms, dirty level up to 60%.
The beds still the same not changed since they made the rooms i think. Smells sweat and some weird things.
As well you might find small insects under the windows as well in corners.
It's a good place to stay incase emergency searching for few days cheaper room, but not for long time.

We booked our room at about 1 pm on tuesday and it was said that they would keep our reservation up until 11pm. When we arrived at 10.45 pm and our room had already been sold out. The woman up front even had the decency to say that she had called us about an hour before, but we had recieved no calls. Would not reccomend.

Not recomende. Im been there once and room was realy dirty. We ha a lot of better place with better price in old Town.
