Nice hotel with great amenities. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. Conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The breakfast was so full of every food that one could imagine, and it was all very good to eat.

You will find coffee, hot meals, sweet pastries, fruit, vegetables, cereal, ham, cheese and baked goods. There is also coffee and water. 🍽️ The hotel has its own restaurant. Lunch with soup costs about 12 euro

Hotel is far away centrum, but we have chosen this hotel during our trip to ferry to Helsinki. It was convenient to sleep here and drive to ferry in the morning. Hotel offers really good breakfest

Good place overall, but can hear upstair neighbours stomping all night(was new year afterall so) Came for breakfeast 5min before closing and food was already moved which was dissapointed.

The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us

The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed

View to the sea on the north side was excellent from the top floor. Breakfast is good enough, but I would like to have some fish as well (there was only herring served)

Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. One picture of the outside view

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel

The hotel is located near the old town and port, which is excellent. I very much enjoyed the pool and sauna. There is a hot and normal pool, as well as three saunas: Aroma Sauna, Salt Sauna, and Finnish Sauna

Good exercise for any one wanting to explore Tallinn

First of all, who cleans a gym wellness centre at 1:30am? I understand it’s a 24 hour centre but surely it would make sense to clean it earlier in the evening? Especially if it’s situated about guest rooms? I called the reception and the lady was trying to convince me that it was the ventilation and that “no one was in the gym”, which was actually confirmed by the manager the next morning that it was...

We were given a room on the 7th floor in the corner (734) Unfortunately that was the end of our comfort, my Husband and I were both woken up at 1:30am to heavy cleaning machinery being used to clean the wellness centre

Very easy to locate and location of the hotel makes easier to walk to or around old town and most of the attractions, shopping center is also near in case need to get anything.

Nice hotel breakfast with pleasant people when it gets a little crowded - don't worry about busy times. The old town is easily walkable and has great restaurants

Location of the hotel is great. It's very near of the Old Town and you can go and see the town by foot. In the bathroom is losion for body and the conditionar for hair. I love that! Breakfast was big and varied

Otel room amenities are simple. Clean and good enough size for 2 people. For location if you travel by bus is good only far 5-7 minutes by walking. But if you want to be close to city centre need to use bus or tram

Good budget hotel, very clean, comfortable bed. Nice free coffees and teas from the machine near reception. Sound insulation is not the best as was woken up by moving furniture noises. Walking distance to the bus station

I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at the ibis Tallinn Centre on Juhkentali, and it was an excellent experience

The only negative for me is the lack of storage in the room and lack of single-use items. Whilst I understand the eco point, some travellers do find themselves in situations where extra items could help

No kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea

Good views from the room all over the newer side of the city along to the sea. Beds and pillows are great along with the option to choose the pillow from the selection

Great hotel, limited amenities..small drawback is that you can hear people outside of the hotel arguing in the bathroom. Probably staff memebers who had a big argument.

Had an excellent stay in Tallinn. The location is wonderful and convenient. There is a shopping mall within walking distance, and The Old Town is also not far away. The staff is helpful and friendly

The breakfast buffet was outstanding and they also had a complimentary 4 o’clock chocolate hour with a chocolate fountain, fruit, cookies and brownies. The hotel is also only about 15minute walk from Old Town

A big advantage is that there is a kitchen with a microwave oven and a kettle. And the staff is adorable, all the details are cleared up in now time when you contact them

Great hotel with superb location, the checkin and checkout flow was flawless and automatic and fast, we love it so much, the room is great although it has less privacy since it’s opposite of the office building, one can look into your room if the curtains is open freely

A desk was provided with a chair too which was so helpful + a leather ledge where you could sot and chill before unwinding and going to bed that day

Wonderful hotel! Everything was clean and tidy. Our room windows faced directly onto the port. Very convenient if you need to catch a ferry.

Very nice and spacious clean room. I liked how each person got a separate duvet which is perfect for family and friends as you both can keep warm. The bathroom was really clean and modern and I really liked the interior

Also, there is no bell service, you will need to drag your own suitcase up and down the stairs to get to and from the reception. If you are wheelchair bound, this would not be a good choice hotel overall

The room is very cosy and clean with a large comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are various restaurants and eateries nearby. The Christmas market was just around the corner

Although not very big, it had enough to entertain my 4 yo. Comfortable rooms, good AC, modern and clean. For the price should be better. Cleanliness of the waterpark should be improved significantly

I managed 3 x 10 minutes in the sauna. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a locked luggage storage room for people arriving early or for people who were leaving Tallinn late

My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again

Beds were good, but walls are not so good in some of the rooms. I could hear my neighbours snoring in the middle of the night. breakfast was good. rooms clean and internet was ok.

Plus: the famous, affordable, and good self-service restaurant Lido is just around the corner! The rooms are spacious, though a bit too impersonal/lacking in coziness. I will definitely come back here

Centrally based, walking dust nce can 15min to tallinn ferry port, 15min to Old city, rimi hypermarkets and other shops nearby, lots of public transport and Bolt scooters

The only thing to watch out for is the blanket cover which is open at foot side and relatively short, the bedding is on a firm side, duvet and pillows are feathers

Quite affordable from what I have seen. My room didn’t have the ideal view but it was still very comfortable to live in.

There's no kettle in the room, but you can request one from the front desk, which is a bit inconvenient.

Hotel is small but the room was big, we reserved family room. There was small kitchen which is plus point. It was hard to find smiley faced staffs. Breakfast was not bad but the dinning place was congested

4 stars for great location! But the hotel interior was less than ordinary. No fridge or cooler. Bed was small and too soft. Maybe a bit noisy if facing the train station side.

Coffee was not drinkable( filtered coffee) so I need to order extra esspresso for 3€. Rather go for breakfast to the city. 20€ fee for dog is too much but we got some treats and bags for poops

Very smart location in the center of the old town. Old design but modern facilities. Comfy beds, simple but good breakfast. The staff is very polite and helpful.

By the way if you need alcohol there is a small connvience store just a few minutes walk turn right out of the hotel, as you reach the waterfall fountain take a left it's on the right

The front staff person was pleasant but not overly talkative; that's fine though. The path to the room wound through cool corridors and beautiful rooms

The room isn't was quaint and the nearest part was that the bathroom floor is heated, so no cold feet after a shower. The beds were comfortable the room clean

The place in it self is a labyrinth of well built and cozy passages, that can lead you just like a labyrinth!
