Overall it's a great experience but some complaints are: the rooms are very nice and tidy but I wish they had some basic stuff like a kettle and the glasses there are very small. The service is good and constant but was sometimes lacking. Overall a great hotel.

The hotel is overall very clean and nice, but the bus stops not near.

It's quite a big hotel, kept clean, economy rooms are very small, as well as the bathrooms, walls are pretty thin and you can hear the TV next door. Big parking around the building. It's walking distance from Kardiorg park, the bus stop towards the city center is close but the one from the center is a little bit further, shops close by.

Totally don't recommend this hotel for group of tourists. There are several topics to complain about. First of all, very weak contact with the administrator via phone. We had a problem with one room - lock in door was completely blocked and two people from my tourists group couldn't get into the room after midnight. Many phone calls, messages and NO SINGLE ANSWER FROM THE RECEPTION! Due to lack of contact and no help with technical problem with doors, those two people were forced to sleep on the floor in coridor. Complete disaster and dissappointment. Please, be aware that in case of any problem in the hotel after 00:00 you will get no help and no answer. Even day after reception will not contact you with any words.
Moreover, we booked two triple rooms and we got two twin rooms with extra bed, which was very uncomfortable. Basically like scout spring bed with super thin matress. Hopefully in that case we have get any solution from reception.
Hotel is very automatic, but in case of any technical problem you are left alone...

The small rooms are not suitable for 2 people and does not look as indicated by photos.
Little to no storage options in bathroom or in the room in general and insufficient insulation.
We were 2 people checked in and yet they only put 1 set of towels.

This place is good if you stay for a night before or after catching a flight.
There's no reception. You check in on a terminal. The rooms are clean, but basic. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work. Best to reach by taxi from the airport. Or walk 10min to the nearest bus stop.

Fully automated hotel, no need to wait someone or interrupt with stuff, everything can be done using tablets in the lobby.
Great SPA, peasefull and relaxing atmosphere.
The only thing, it is location, there are no any restaurants nearby, the nearest is about 30 mins on foot.

Clean and comfortable room! A bit far from the city center but it is very easy to order a taxi to pick you up at the hotel.
It is very easy to do the online check-in with the screens. This makes the service more fluid, however, there is only one phone number provided to solve any issues (I didn't have one, I'm just saying in case of somebody needs assistance).

Great service, easy check in process and even quicker check out. Rooms are kept clean, I had a room with a balkony, kitchenette and all necessary utensil for longer stay. Prices are affordable. The location has a couple of bus stops in a few minute walking range, plus a Maxima store right across the road. My stay was perfect, couldn't wish for more! If I happen to visit Tallinn again, I'm definitely booking myself a room here.
