The hotel’s location was excellent and the cleanliness was good, but the service was very poor. At breakfast there was a long queue; I ordered a coffee and it arrived after 1 hour. I reminded them four times that I had ordered a cappuccino. They said there were many people and they couldn’t serve it right away. Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious. Short walk to the city centre as well.

Everything was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had requested a room on a higher floor, and the hotel kindly arranged it for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 600m from the Old Town's Viru Gate. It's incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining. The room offers breathtaking views from its high-floor location and is wonderfully quiet.

Friendliest staff there is! Room were clean, neat and nicely designed. The views from up are on top. They have a spa with 3 saunas. Also a gym that has many workout machines and water fountain. It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

We were here on a weekend -getaway with my significant other. The stay was nice, service was excellent and we really enjoyed the spa. For me the nicest thing were the perfectly heated saunas. Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. The staff was always friendly, and our room was cleaned thoroughly on the days we requested. We would love to stay here again next time.

The room and the general premises of the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was good value for money overall. The service, however, was quite rude. No smiles, no hellos. We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed...

Close to the inner city and the technicsl university lies this nice hotel where you can you get a room fpr a small price. Great location, just a few minutes from the ferry terminal to Helsinki and several excellent restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main gate to the old town, through Rotermanni Kvartal. The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. The room was clean and breakfast was good. As other reviews said, it was crowed at breakfast but not a dealbreaker. The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). The location is within walk to old town and other areas, very convenient. Room was nice and I liked the view over the roofs of nearby houses (we got the room from highest floor). Breakfast was very good.

Very good breakfast and location. A real vintage hotel wi th historical background. All good, except for the weak sound proofing wall between rooms. We could hear the sound from next door so clearly which was definitely not very child friendly.

Charming and comfortable hotel. Good service and very good breakfast. We got to use the Zen Spa for an hour (16 €) which was atmospheric. The water in the jacuzzi could have been warmer. Otherwise wonderful!

Nice pool in the basement. Little cold in the water. But they have a sauna also. Nice room and the staff speaks good english. Breakfast could have been better, but a nice hotel in a perfect location near the sea.

Quaint little property in central Old Town Tallinn. 50m walk from the main square. Rooms are quite basic but perfectly clean and functional.

Tallinn is a beautiful place and we were given the most romantic room in the hotel. The hotel also was reasonably priced, but what stood out was the service. the staff were amazing. There was one hiccup but the staff were so nice it didn't matter. It was remedied straight away.

Very helpful staff at Reception with advice on travel around the city. It was great to have a sauna in the hotel. The room was very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast as wanted to explore the city. The hotel was brilliantly situated for access to all the historic sites and the brilliant Rataskaevu16 restaurant is only 100 metres away. Tallinn has become my favourite city!

We visited in February and it was incredibly quiet but so relaxing. Everything was spotless and we couldn't fault the service or the staff. Breakfast was lovely too. Didn't try the sauna or on site restaurant but they looked very good.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it convenient to visit several attractions. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional, providing a map and marking each attraction.

Perfect stay that made our trip to Tallinn memorable. Less than 10min walk to the Christmas markets and exploring all main attractions. Hotel was very clean, excellent breakfast (love the eggs, smoke salmon, fresh bread, roasted potatoes and cappuccino!). Highly recommend and will visit again if ever in Tallinn again. One minor drawback is how long it takes for the toilet tank to refill if flushing...

The room was lovely, the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very central but surprisingly quiet considering it was so close to all the amenities and sights. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who was looking at staying in Tallin, andvwe would certainly do so again. Thank you for a lovely weekend break.

Nice and central location in old city, 10 minutes with taxi from TLL. Breakfast below average/expectation. Room allocated I suspect to be a standard room (18 sq.m), changed to a superior as reserved (24 sq.m) after «some discussion». All in all have had better stays :)
