The hotel’s location was excellent and the cleanliness was good, but the service was very poor. At breakfast there was a long queue; I ordered a coffee and it arrived after 1 hour. I reminded them four times that I had ordered a cappuccino. They said there were many people and they couldn’t serve it right away. Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious. Short walk to the city centre as well.

Everything was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had requested a room on a higher floor, and the hotel kindly arranged it for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 600m from the Old Town's Viru Gate. It's incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining. The room offers breathtaking views from its high-floor location and is wonderfully quiet.

Great spacious rooms with amazing views over the city to the sea. Second stay here and it was still great. The bed is quite hard but the pillow menu has a good variety of different kind of pillows for everyones needs. We were offered a complimentary plate of fruits and sweets due to our special stay. Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. We were here on a weekend -getaway with my significant other. The stay was nice, service was excellent and we really enjoyed the spa. For me the nicest thing were the perfectly heated saunas. Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

The front staff person was pleasant but not overly talkative; that's fine though. The path to the room wound through cool corridors and beautiful rooms. The room isn't was quaint and the nearest part was that the bathroom floor is heated, so no cold feet after a shower. The beds were comfortable the room clean.

Great location, just a few minutes from the ferry terminal to Helsinki and several excellent restaurants. It's about a 10-minute walk to the main gate to the old town, through Rotermanni Kvartal. The rooms are clean, but showing signs of wear and tear. A pleasant view of the harbor. Breakfast is quite varied and served until 11:00. The Hotel is very well located for the Ferry terminal to catch connections to Helsinki and also the Terminal D Coach drop off which is how we arrived. The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. The room and the general premises of the hotel were really nice. The breakfast was good. The hotel was good value for money overall. The service, however, was quite rude. No smiles, no hellos. Decent hotel in a good position, only 15 mins on foot from the old town. The room is comfortable but the pillows are too big and thick and the service did not clean my room during my 2 overnights stay. All in all a good place to stay. Breakfast is pretty good.

Good hotel with gym and sauna (dry and wet). The gym has enough equipment for a good workout. Saunas, however, actually turn on at 16, although on the card they give you at the reception, it says 7 Rooms are clean. Great value hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathrooms come well equipped with hairdryer, shampoo and towel robe which I love! The staff are lovely and the breakfast was good too. Another one night stay at Barons. Hestia Barons is really middle of the old town and can be recommended to everybodey who likes to stay on old town center. Staff is codial and nice. Breakfast good. Not anything negative to tell.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were warm, comfortable and spotless. The location in the old town was fantastic. We will definitely return to this hotel when we visit Tallinn again.

We had a great stay at hotel barons. Breakfasts were great and all the staff were very sweet and helpful. We shared a family room and when we arrived the beds weren’t what we had asked for. It was midnight but the young woman on the desk sorted the problem out immediately. Some people have Complained about the area being a bit noisy with bars. Very good breakfast and location. A real vintage hotel wi th historical background. All good, except for the weak sound proofing wall between rooms. We could hear the sound from next door so clearly which was definitely not very child friendly.

I booked a zen room on Trip.com, it was a special offer. When I arrived at the hotel, I was first given a standard room because the reservation had come with them as a standard room instead of a zen room.
