Good hotel with SPA but nothing special. There was a bit dirty but it was fixed after asking a personal

this hotel is one of my favourite in Tallinn. nice clean rooms near old town. spa gym etc at fair price! unfortunately getting 2x2 person familyroom there is risk that other side people are loudy. the door between rooms not keep voices away from otherside.

It is a tour group hotel. Front Desk service is functional and lack warmth and helpfulness. Smokers are all in the front of hotel’s two entrances/exits. Good luck to non-smokers! Spa is good but drinking and slippers are allowed in the steam room and sauna. Buffet is also great in terms of spread and choices. But it can be crowded and dinning areas congested. Was a nice clean hotel. Staff were really friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. Check in and check out was super swift and easy. The location is great only about 10/15 minute walk into town or €3 bolt ride. Spa was included in my booking, didn’t get a chance to use it but looked good and others said was really nice. Would stay there again

Hotel was nice, but hotel bathroom mirror frame was on the top of the sink and it was not attached to the anything. Somebody have tried to fixit with doubled sided tape 😀. Also shower water temp changed alot even though i barely touched it. Other than that breakfast was great and staff were excellent. Would visit again for sure. One picture of the outside view.

We had an amazing stay. The location is excellent, the bed was extremely comfortable, view amazing and the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived very early, before check-in, and they kindly kept our luggage for us. Since our return flight was very early in the morning, they also prepared a nicely packed breakfast for us to take away. Absolutely recommended.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the old city, the port, and bus stops. The rooms are clean, the towels are clean and soft, the breakfast is sufficient and varied. The fact that there is a shopping mall, supermarket, and food court underneath is a great advantage.

Hotel was nice and even excellent in terms of location, warmth during the harsh winter, breakfast and its variety. The only small problem was that once during the breakfast the staff was gossiping about the guests between each other. :) Otherwise it was perfectly fine.

Friendly staff, room already prepared for family stay, nice location, great breakfast, not too overcrowded. Room is not cleaned without notice to front desk. Rooms are overheated, it’s too hot even when heating is off and window open.

Short summary about our stay in hotel. We booked Junior Suite with sauna. It is cool to have private sauna, but in total you have the same sauna in the SPA zone. If you prefer privacy it is cool choice(2persons max). Number was quiet big, clean and cool view of the city. One strange thing with lighting, maybe we don't managed how to turn all the lights in the number, but it was strange... Breakfasts...

Dirty bathroom with mould. They cleaned it after we complained to about 75%. Felt like we were penalised booking through trip.com as we had 3 rooms for six nights and there was zero flexibility on changes or welcoming/accommodating hospitality. Strange way to treat guests at Christmas. Will avoid Radisson in future.

The rooms are quiet and tidy. The bed was comfortable, the room had nice lighting. The only inconvenience was the bathroom: it was difficult to get into the shower, the protective wall was in the way near the sink. Breakfast - good ☕️

Location of the hotel is great. It's very near of the Old Town and you can go and see the town by foot. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. We were here on a weekend -getaway with my significant other. The stay was nice, service was excellent and we really enjoyed the spa. For me the nicest thing were the perfectly heated saunas. Some other guys kept throwing water at the stones there like every minute, so it got really hot, which is a good thing. Only minus side was with our room. The hotel’s location was excellent and the cleanliness was good, but the service was very poor. At breakfast there was a long queue; I ordered a coffee and it arrived after 1 hour. Got a free upgrade to a nice and very comfortable suite. While of course not everyone can expect an upgrade, everyone can choose to have the breakfast and it was diverse and delicious. Short walk to the city centre as well.

Everything was perfect! We truly enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We had requested a room on a higher floor, and the hotel kindly arranged it for us. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 600m from the Old Town's Viru Gate. It's incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining. The room offers breathtaking views from its high-floor location and is wonderfully quiet.

Great spacious rooms with amazing views over the city to the sea. Second stay here and it was still great. The bed is quite hard but the pillow menu has a good variety of different kind of pillows for everyones needs. We were offered a complimentary plate of fruits and sweets due to our special stay. Very easy to locate and location of the hotel makes easier to walk to or around old town and most of the attractions, shopping center is also near in case need to get anything.

Everything was fine with the stay. Hotel rooms are a little outdated but that doesn’t affect the stay. The bed is very comfy. It was nice to have a bath.

Modern, well-equipped, well-maintained and comfortable. Probably one of the better hotels I've stayed in Europe for the price point. Was fortunate enough to get a corner room. Had very peaceful and restful nights. Would recommend if you're looking for a decent stay in Tallinn.

Friendliest staff there is! Room were clean, neat and nicely designed. The views from up are on top. They have a spa with 3 saunas. Also a gym that has many workout machines and water fountain. The room was lovely and spacious, we originally booked one standard and one economy as we were a family off five. However the rooms were very far apart I the hotel so the reception kindly upgraded us so we would be next tk each other. The facilities in this hotel are top notch with a fabulous gym and amazing water park. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Tallin.

We booked a twin room and then we arrived at our room and it was a double room with a baby’s crib set up. We told reception that we actually wanted a twin room. They changed the room and as we were going out, we asked if someone could help to move our bags to the new room. The guy behind the desk said no. I protested and he eventually agreed.

The sauna was great! All guests can use the sauna and gym as much as they like. It seems they can also use the wellness facilities. There are three types of saunas, a spa, and a jacuzzi, so it's great value for money.

The hotel has a great location, convenient for visiting attractions, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. In particular, there is a free hot spring pool available for use. Although my stay there was ok location wise, the real trouble started afterwards. I needed an invoice to be emailed to me - I provided all the information and data. I got one email with totally wrong info (e.g. I'm from Poland and they put Ohio as my home address). When I requested changes they stopped replying. Had a nice stay at Tallink Express Hotel — the location is excellent, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and Old Town Tallinn. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the standard amenities you’d expect. Breakfast was passable, nothing special, but overall a convenient and decent place to stay for a short visit.

This was a great hotel, very clean and modern. Every afternoon there is a free chocolate buffet, which I did participate in on one of the afternoons I stayed there - what a great idea.! I had a corner room and it was beautifully clean and modern and the bathroom was probably the best hotel bathroom I’ve ever been in. Excellent.

Our stay in Mövenpick Tallinn was wonderful. All the staff was kind and helpful and polite, the facilities was top notch. Breakfast was plentiful and the 4 pm chocolate happy hour was a cute touch we all appreciated. The hotel is located just a 10 minute walk from the old town. We used the pool and saunas, although the fitness room could be a bit bigger. All in all 10/10 experience!

The hotel is amazing. The decoration is simple yet elegant and very clean. The room is very spacious, neat and tidy however, my favorite thing about this place was the lighting. Close to the inner city and the technicsl university lies this nice hotel where you can you get a room fpr a small price. There were some complains about the interior in the comments but i personally prefer they gray and cozy style over a neon color modern hotel. Very good breakfast and location. A real vintage hotel wi th historical background. All good, except for the weak sound proofing wall between rooms. We could hear the sound from next door so clearly which was definitely not very child friendly.

Charming and comfortable hotel. Good service and very good breakfast. We got to use the Zen Spa for an hour (16 €) which was atmospheric. The water in the jacuzzi could have been warmer. Otherwise wonderful!

We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed...

It needs to be renovated from outside, but inside it looks great. The room was clean and it had a view of the sea and sunset. Morning buffet was fresh and not too crowded. I liked that theres a buzyness thermometer for the breakfast in the elevator to let you know when yould be the most ideal time to go eat. Reception could be friendlier but I have no complaints other than that.

Hotel is amazing! Rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture looks new and is really comfortable! We have stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel looks worse than on the pictures. The room was small, the bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. The receptionist was unfriendly.
