A beautiful stay in a lovely hotel. Staff were very welcoming, the room was ready when we arrived at 10am which was a huge relief, and what a room!! Cannot remember a nicer setup and finish to a hotel room. Breakfast was varied (with exceptional vegan options). Overall a perfect stay. thank you very much.

Very comfortable beds 🛌
My room had a master bathroom and additional bathroom. Water pressure, room space was all super.
Location is very central.
Service was great, although check- in took longer than usual.

Central and good-looking hotel, but I would only give the location most of the stars as it is right in the city center (shopping area). Checked in there for 3 nights with a friend. Rooms are spacious, have any equipment needed for a city trip. Breakfast was okay, but not the best. Tbh, I have seen better and nicer hotels in this price category:)
But most negative part about the trip: we couldn't leave our luggage in the hotel after the checkout, as the staff said "they are completely full". As our flight was quite late in the evening, we lost a complete day as we couldn't really go anywhere as having carried our luggage...(we're talking about only two small suitcases in hand luggage size). Never experienced it anywhere before that you cannot leave your lugagge after a checkout (even if it's full, you make it possible for the guest). Hotels are supposed to give their guest the best service, therefore a big minus for me here.

I wish I could rate it less than 1 star.
We booked 2 nights in this hotel, planned a late check in and when we arrived, the hotel was closed. Not just because it was late, it was closed for "renovations". No e-mail, no call, no warning, the room was paid and we were left at the door...
Thanks to the great staff of the other hotel we found that night, we did not have to pay twice for our stay but this bad experience can only deserve a bad grade and comment.

Great location, friendly customer service, awesome spacious corner room with great views of the Main Street. Bedding very comfortable. Do not agree with them charging to use the gym or ti have a cappuccino latte with breakfast. Breakfast was good

Bright, clean, and stylish rooms. Bathroom design is great. Nothing too much trouble. Just off the esplanade, it's well located for anywhere in Helsinki.

Great location right in city center. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. Very convenient train to airport and walking distance to the Viking line. Friendly staff and excellent ammendities. Checked us in at 8am. Wonderful complementary breakfast featuring delicious salmon!

Great hotel right in the heart of Helsinki. Really close to the parking garage, rooms are always to notch and staff is extremely helpful and friendly
