Good
The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a desk station, fridge, hair dryer, kettle and coffee. The shampoo and body lotion were very nice and smelled so good.
The staff was welcoming and check in/check out process went smoothly.
There's also free public sauna which was a big plus!
Although the room was cleaned daily, the toiletries were not replenished. Items such as shower caps, tissues, and others were not refilled, and even when our tea bags ran out, they were not replaced.
Normally I'd have left right away, but we arrived at 2 o'clock at night and didn't have any other options. I will try to cancel the remainder of the reservation and move to another hotel. Will update this review to let you know whether they let me cancel.
Update: No dice. Nikita at the front desk did his best to be helpful but couldn't refund the remaining night, and while it's certainly not his fault the entire building is a Soviet ruin, all he could do was give us another room which is identical to the first but with less hair and has a window that opens. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work, though. And the toilet is cracked. And other such things.
