great location and good service, average hotel that meets all our needs as a family that goes out most of the day for day tours :)

Great value for money with very clean and modern rooms. It was appreciated that the room had an empty fridge available for use. However, I was disappointed by the lack of coffee/tea amenities in the room.

The heating wasn't working, but after I complained, they offered an extra heater that worked really well. The location is great.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It's close to the city center, and the breakfast was very good – there's something for everyone. The service was also lovely.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The staff provided an upgrade to a master suite at a reasonable price, so that me and wife have comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay.

The bathroom had cobwebs and there was mold on the room floor. The location is good, but the hotel is quite dated.

The hotel is showing its age, and the room decor feels a little dated. However, the surrounding area is lovely, situated right by the pier. From the rooms, you can enjoy distant views of ships in the harbor. It's also very convenient, with the city center just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast spread is quite generous.

If you want to have a real swimming pool, the pool in the hotel is far too small. But you can have a good view from the pool. Everything else is fine, we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. They have many conference rooms, which are perfect for business meetings and other events. I really liked their sightseeing elevator; you can see the sea view from it, which is very nice.

The room hygiene was terrible. The trash can hadn't been emptied, and the complimentary bottled water had clearly been opened and partially consumed. We requested a room change, but even the new room's carpet wasn't clean.

The staffs were all great and room cleaning need to inform to be made. Hotel breakfast variety is ok for a few days but variety is the same and no changes even after 3 days. So basically having the same type of food after the 3rd day is boring. Amenities need to improve like no kettle and I think no body cream too. We stayed here for just one night and the location is near the railway station and most of the tourists attractions in walk distance. The rooms is quite spacious except the towels smell like long time no change.. can’t find the phone in room to contact the front desk but they did reply through email as a timely manner. Very close to the train station, the hotel design is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful with no waiting for a table. The downsides are that check-in isn't until after 4 PM, and there's often a long queue for check-in.

The hotel staff were all friendly. We checked in early and the lady was very helpful. It's close to the train station, different metros and the bus station, there are many travel options too choose from so getting around is super easy. It's close to many malls, so restaurants and shopping are all a walking distance away.

Decent hotel in a good location. Shopping mall attached with some good food options. Breakfast at the hotel was passable. Nothing fancy. To have a kettle in your room you must pay an extra $20 a night. Which we found so odd. We just ended up buying coffee from the mall. The smell that comes from the bathroom was horrendous. Spent a few days here due to attending a conference in the city. Absolutely loved the place - now part of the Hilton chain but with real underlying character. It’s hard to complain when you book a standard room and get upgraded to a suite!! Was like a flat minus a kitchen area!! Did thoroughly enjoy my stay here. It's a nice hotel. Price is quite high, if there is some happening taking place. Staff is friendly and breakfast is typical for a Finnish hotel and very good. There is like smoked salmon, fresh bread, bacon, some cake et.c. Location is worth every cent if you spend a long day at an exhibition next door.

The environment is great and the location is excellent.

The room was large and spacious, and there was a bar downstairs. The breakfast was quite nice, with à la carte and buffet options. The morning after my check-in was International Women's Day, and they even gave me roses. Overall, it was a very good experience. The location is also very convenient, with a Michelin-starred restaurant downstairs. I recommend it!

Service: A very poor experience. At 3 AM, someone suddenly tried to enter the room; thankfully, the door was secured with a safety latch. When I called the front desk, they said it was a routine staff check and they had opened the wrong room. When I checked out in the morning, the front desk staff apologized coldly, but I didn't feel any remorse at all. I will never choose this hotel again.

Very nice pool and sauna + steam room. While you're supposed to book times in advance, spontaneous use is also possible without restrictions. Breakfast is also very good, and the bar in the evening is highly recommended. Great hotel.

The sanitation is very good, the breakfast is great, but early check-out is not possible, and there is a lack of flexibility, which leads to a lack of consideration for the customer's perspective. If the next time you stay there has a more complicated itinerary, you should choose carefully.

Location, Hotel, room, and breakfast were all quite good. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the sauna and to the gym. Our stay was good. Warning : don't use the shoes cleaning polishing machine in the lobby it badly scratched my brand new shoes and the staff didn't give a damn about it.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Helsinki Central Railway Station, with superb public transport links right outside, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Everything was great as others have said. I wanted to comment especially on the restaurant where breakfast was served. Wonderful historic rooms overlooking the harbour. A highlight for me. Also worth knowing that although it did not have a restaurant serving lunch and dinner, the food served in the bar is actually very good.

The room was OK, with a dedicated desk. But there was no plug for charging near the bed, which was a bit troublesome. The breakfast was not very rich. There were some restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant that tasted OK.

Everything was fine except that they didn't let us in a little earlier.
