Great clean and quiet hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and the city centre and marina are in walking distance.

Great location - in the heart of the city but still quiet.
The. Staff were very helpful and our room was perfect for us. In fact the bed was so comfortable that we struggled to get up in the mornings!

The room was OK, with a dedicated desk. But there was no plug for charging near the bed, which was a bit troublesome.
The breakfast was not very rich. There were some restaurants nearby, including a Chinese restaurant that tasted OK.

Everything was fine except that they didn't let us in a little earlier.

The location was a little far from the station, and it was hard to push the carrier. However, there was a supermarket nearby, and many restaurants and second-hand stores, so it was convenient.
I was disappointed that cleaning wasn't done even though I requested it, and that they left behind towels and cleaning supplies.
However, the sauna in the basement was good. I definitely recommend going.

Stayed 4 nights. Cannot rate hotel or staff highly enough. Beautiful room in historic part of hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone was warmly greeted.Absolutely loved my stay in Helsinki and would recommend this hotel, easily 10/10.

Nice hotel. Old part of the building is very cool but a little worn out.
Everything is in walking distance from the hotel.
