Great value for money with very clean and modern rooms. It was appreciated that the room had an empty fridge available for use. However, I was disappointed by the lack of coffee/tea amenities in the room.

Everything was absolutely perfect. It's close to the city center, and the breakfast was very good – there's something for everyone. The service was also lovely.

One of the best hotel we stayed in the Scandic region. The only hotel out of 10 that has a bathtub and a swimming pool too. Has both heater and air conditioning. No idea why essential such as a kettle is not provided.

(My toddler doesn't like grown-up toilets, so it's a big deal for us!) Check-out was at 12, so with the toddler we even had some time for a dip into the pool while the baby took a nap

We had the best stay at this hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and we stayed 4. Sauna and pool really are great. The hotel is super clean and the staff is super sweet

The heating wasn't working, but after I complained, they offered an extra heater that worked really well. The location is great.

The location was great as I walked to the hot spots for 10 minutes. Great walking distance to major landmarks and water. It is close to tram and groceries store. The room was comfortable.

The staff provided an upgrade to a master suite at a reasonable price, so that me and wife have comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay.

It's also very convenient, with the city center just a ten-minute walk away. The hotel service is good, and the breakfast spread is quite generous

The hotel is showing its age, and the room decor feels a little dated. However, the surrounding area is lovely, situated right by the pier. From the rooms, you can enjoy distant views of ships in the harbor

The glass elevator at the hotel offers great views, and the rooftop pool, sauna, lounge area, and bar are all fantastic. They even provide an early breakfast an hour before regular breakfast service.

The room was very big and spacious, and the TV was huge. The hygiene was excellent and very clean, and the room had good natural light. The service was great, and the transportation was convenient

This hotel is excellent, easily meeting five-star standards. The 7T tram stop is right at its doorstep, and on the other side, there's a picturesque harbor view

The hotel is situated right at the city center. This time our room was at the other building, so we had to walk to another building and took a rather older lift to our room. The room is very tidy and near and spacious

A really great hotel! It's not far from the city center, just about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride. There's a small supermarket nearby where I bought a lot of Fazer chocolates for souvenirs

The Crowne Plaza Helsinki has an excellent location, within walking distance to city center attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well-equipped, and the 24-hour service is attentive

This would’ve been wonderful in the  summer but in the  cold weather……. The hotel is close to transport routes accessing all parts of city. I would definitely stay there again next time…… maybe in the summer

But the convenience of the hotel location is the star but do take note if booking Uber it won’t come to the hotel you need to walk a bit with your luggage to go to the airport

The staff consistently demonstrated a friendly and courteous demeanor. An added benefit was the presence of a bidet (muslim) shower in the restroom. I unequivocally plan to return to this establishment in the future

The staffs were all great and room cleaning need to inform to be made. Hotel breakfast variety is ok for a few days but variety is the same and no changes even after 3 days

So basically having the same type of food after the 3rd day is boring. Amenities need to improve like no kettle and I think no body cream too

Although it is located at the heart of the city, it is very quiet during night. The hotel ambiance is very cozy, excellent choice for travelers

One of the nicest of hotels for your stay in Helsinki city center area! Building itself doesn’t give great impression & even reception are looks but old and very plain! however they have some very beautiful, clean set of rooms, with all basic amenities needed

Toilet is clean and good except for the tape beneath the shower door, sometimes water from the shower can leak out to under the basin. We hope that the separate between the wet and dry areas work properly

Perfect location to loads of restaurants/ cafe / fast food. Directly opposite the train station that service VR train to various parts of Finland. There is also a link department store and 24 hours supermarket

It has all aspects you required for the hotel. It would be perfect if it comes with gym instead of walking to the sisters hotel nearby.

Stayed at Hotel Haven for 3 nights during a visit to Helsinki for a conference and it was an excellent choice. Room was lovely, food was excellent and the staff were all lovely and very helpful

Everything was great, staff really nice, the towers are not too far from trams and buses and just 25-30 mins walk from the main centre

Easily one of the best stays I've had at a hotel. Even before arrival, I was contacted by staff who wanted to check ETA. Once I got there, staff were welcoming and lovely. The hotel room was nice and spacious

The breakfast area also had a children's play area. As this is not as common these days. Staff were also quickly replenishing any food. It's clear the staff have very carefully thought about their services

Had a TV and even a bidet in the bathroom. Because you couldn't even enter each floor without the key provided. Each floor has a communal area and kitchen. And there's even a sauna on the top floor
