Great location, close to tram... easy to walk around... just behind the Viking Line's port... strongly recomend...

The bathroom had cobwebs and there was mold on the room floor. The location is good, but the hotel is quite dated.

The staffs were all great and room cleaning need to inform to be made. Hotel breakfast variety is ok for a few days but variety is the same and no changes even after 3 days. So basically having the same type of food after the 3rd day is boring. Amenities need to improve like no kettle and I think no body cream too. We stayed here for just one night and the location is near the railway station and most of the tourists attractions in walk distance. The rooms is quite spacious except the towels smell like long time no change.. can’t find the phone in room to contact the front desk but they did reply through email as a timely manner. Very close to the train station, the hotel design is excellent, and the breakfast is plentiful with no waiting for a table. The downsides are that check-in isn't until after 4 PM, and there's often a long queue for check-in.

The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. They have many conference rooms, which are perfect for business meetings and other events. I really liked their sightseeing elevator; you can see the sea view from it, which is very nice.

The room was very big and spacious, and the TV was huge. It was easy to get to by car. The hygiene was excellent and very clean, and the room had good natural light. The service was great, and the transportation was convenient. The hotel also has hot springs, which are definitely worth experiencing, and a sky bar.

The glass elevator at the hotel offers great views, and the rooftop pool, sauna, lounge area, and bar are all fantastic. They even provide an early breakfast an hour before regular breakfast service.

Great value for money with very clean and modern rooms. It was appreciated that the room had an empty fridge available for use. However, I was disappointed by the lack of coffee/tea amenities in the room.

Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed

The facilities were OK but nothing more. The bar and restaurant were expensive. When our room was serviced in took around seven minutes, no sign of a vacuum cleaner. The beds weren't made either

The hotel is situated right at the city center. This time our room was at the other building, so we had to walk to another building and took a rather older lift to our room. The room is very tidy and near and spacious. The front desk was very efficient and warm.

We got room on old building; walkway is so far away. There was some noise in the room also (maybe that’s why they provided earplugs in the room). Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. Spent a few days here due to attending a conference in the city. Absolutely loved the place - now part of the Hilton chain but with real underlying character. Such a serene experience. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful and greenery neighbourhood. It has a big park close to it where you could take long quiet walks!

The location is great for exploring the nature outside the city by bike, and it’s only a 20-minute tram ride or a €15–20 Uber into Helsinki city center. The sea view room was worth the upgrade. However the air conditioning in the room was not very strong, and I had to go to reception to request a key to open the window. When I did, it was difficult to open and covered in spider webs.

Room is clean and affordably priced, however it's abit of walking distance away from the train station. It was more difficult to walk during winter on icy/ snowy grounds. Room is decently sized; just one thing, they do not provide kettles for standard rooms (need to pay to have one. Thought it was a basic amenity), but you can get free hot water at the lobby.

A really great hotel! It's not far from the city center, just about a 20-minute walk or a 10-minute taxi ride. There's a small supermarket nearby where I bought a lot of Fazer chocolates for souvenirs. The breakfast was also very rich and varied.
