Only had dinner which was really nice but in the middle of it one of the worst "troubadours" in the world started playing and almost made me want to leave. Whoever chooses music at this place should get fired because when then guy was finally done with his first set (we hurried up and got out of there before he started again) it felt like a discotheque instead of a nice restaurant...
Nice little hotel but the spa is very limited.
Booking a room with a gift card turned into a few days challenge:
1. it’s not possible to do it online (if your gift card has open amount, e.g 200e), that’s ok.
2. Email communication doesn’t work well, the customer support doesn’t really follow up on the requests
I sent email request and got quick reply to provide my personal data and room type. I haven’t heard back whether room was reserved.
After ~5 days and 1 more follow up email from my side I had to call and book the simple room using my giftcard, there was no booking made with my earlier email request. Phone assistant person was nice and quick though.
I hope the experience will be much better than the booking system

It is like you are in the middle of nowhere. Perfect if you want to escape in a peaceful place. The food and the spa are worth it too.
I can definitely recommend it.
Rooms are spacious, comfortable and not run down. It's a pity you cannot benefit from the fresh sea / forest air in the area, but have to rely on air conditioning instead.
Hotel facilities are great and available without charge to guests, including cinema, playroom and outdoor playground for children, swimming pool and saunas.
Sunday brunch was a bit of a let down. It was better than many regular hotel breakfasts I have eaten and mostly tasty, and thankfully included in the room fee. However, I would definitely not recommend paying regular 40 EUR price for it.
Finally, the personnel was friendly, polite and helpful (thanks a lot for all the assistance Patrik) with a few exceptions.

Would definitely recommend, friendly staff, clean, spacious and great food! Looking forward to relax in Långvik again ?
The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly and nice. Food is good and the environment is beantiful. There are activities things like frisbee golf. There is a nice sauna near the water with swimming possibility. The whole aesthetics is a sight to see. There are a lot of details here and there and history.
It was one of the best relaxing days we have had. Saunas and pool are great and also the breakfast was very good.
The room has a nice view to the lake and super comfortable bed.
We appreciate the service as well, they were very kind.
