Reviews
The concierge team was exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful at all times.
We booked half board and were very impressed by the quality of the food. Being able to choose from the regular menu was a wonderful touch. There was a great variety of excellent dishes, all beautifully prepared and of consistently high quality.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail selection. The drinks were creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
The ski room was spacious and comfortable, and the ski service was truly exceptional. The staff assisted with ski boots and brought the skis outside, which added an extra level of comfort and luxury to the experience.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and could not find a single point of dissatisfaction. We would be delighted to return and look forward to visiting your hotel again.
Pros:
Clean and nicely designed rooms.
Good restaurant, though adding more dining options would improve the experience.
Cons:
Bathrooms need improvement.
Small gym with limited equipment.
Inefficient spa and crowded ski room (also inconveniently located on a blue slope , not the best for kids and beginnes).
Concierge is understaffed, making service slow and ineffective. Some of them were rude.
The GM lacked customer focus and problem solving, dismissing requests without effort .
SLH member benefits were not honored, despite multiple follow-ups.
Despite sending multiple emails, nothing changed, nor does it seem like anything will. For the cost of two suites for a week 30000€, I expected much better service. I hope management takes this seriously if they want to reach the standards of other luxury hotels in Courchevel and to retain customers.
I do hope to come back as soon as possible. Thanks to all the team for making this holiday special ❤️
Ski room is wonderful, they take care of everything. They even help you with your equipment, ski passes and greet you with warm crepes after a long day of skiing.
Restaurant is wonderful. Every dish on the menu we had was great. They even offered to make an off the menu item for my husband which was incredibly nice and tasted great. Breakfast selection isn’t large, however everything they have is extremely delicious. Definitely recommend ordering from the menu as well. Had the best French toast I’ve ever had here.
Room was gorgeous and comfortable with everything you need. Closet was spacious which with the amount of gear needed for skiing was definitely a bonus.
quiet, cozy, luxurious - courchevel in it's finest form .
if you can afford - you won't regret . period.
