Sometimes you can get a great deal on booking.com and reserve a room for a very good price! I can only recommend this place
No good way to ventilate small rooms (get hot easily) without opening balcony door welcoming in sounds from the street.
And reception ringtone is obnoxious, I can hear from the first floor. especially more annoying since it seems to always goes unanswered.
Also the shower is stupid, its just a hose with a nozzle on the end (nowhere to rest the nozzle), you have to hold it like your washing a dog ahahaha.
Location is great.
I warmly suggest this place - very good value for the budget.

the rooms are dilapidated mainly the windows and the shutters,
what is wifi, impossible in the room, to access, you have to go down to the reception or to the restaurant.
What is the breakfast nothing to say, always plentiful.
the rooms without air conditioning, or fan period July / August with unbearable heat.
There is a lot to do at this property!!!!!!!!!! The staff, nothing to say, it's nice.
- no parking (well if paying 10 € which was not even offered to us)
- staff as rustic as the hotel who seem surprised when you say hello or goodbye.
- 140x200 bed, sheets with blanket.
- the bathroom door which gets stuck with the carpet.
