I was developing some trust into the B&B Hotels brand as a cost-effective & reliable option for my frequent travels, but this hotel has shattered that trust completely: in fact this was the most expensive of 15+ B&B hotels I've stayed at this year, and by far the worst! From now on I would worry what to expect from a B&B Hotel. The room was smaller than any other B&B hotels I've stayed at, no space to move around, it was dark because one has to keep the blind shut or people walking by will see into the room (the window is on an outside corridor!! the building clearly was cheap housing before or workers' hostel...). it is also very very very noisy to the point of not getting much sleep at all, it is squeezed between a superbusy dual carriageway and another smaller but also very busy city road, both very close to the building itself. Inadequate parking too.

Very noisy room because of the traffic. Smaller room than normal BB hotels. Staff very good and helpful

The location is great! Free parking is available inside the hotel, and it's very safe. It's very convenient for self-driving. The beach is just a straight road away. The rooms are small, but that's the case with most hotels in Europe. The noise level is more noticeable on the road side.

Good rooms and breakfast for the price point.
Need to reconsider their service level. Couldn’t even get into the reception before the check-in time, and was not possible to leave the bags for a later pickup/late checkout without extending the stay!
Perfect if one only needs a place to sleep.

Close to the train station. The receptionist was super helpful and welcoming. However, the linen had a smell which is difficult for me to adjust to. But understandable for it’s price.

Old and derelict building, common areas are in bad condition and dirty (lift is scratched everywhere inside and in poor condition). You have to enter your room from outside the building like in dodgy motels.
Soundproofing in room is non-existent so you can hear neighbours and traffic from nearby roads. Front desk staff barely amiable so this shows that either this hotel is struggling or they don’t give a Damon about quality offered to passing customers.
Pictures shown on Google are very deceptive and from last century.
Won’t go there again even for a 1-night stay.

Unfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash.
But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building.
When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning.
I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments.
I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing.

The hotel is friendly user, the check-in is completely done automaticalIy, all the instructions are clear. I was impressed with the quality of the service as well as all the amenities that the hotel offers to the clients.
It was really adapted to our needs. I will recommend it for sure and I will book more nights in different cities for the same hotel.

Simply flawless!
The welcome is warm, absolutely all the staff are smiling and friendly, and make you feel at home.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. They don't hesitate to give extra towels, no extra charge for room service, the baby cot is free.
A cozy little corner in the garden and a baby-friendly swimming pool heated just right in early May. The parking is also free.
We had added an extra night without any trouble, and they were even very generous to allow us to check out around 1pm without any fuss, no questions asked and with a biig smile.

the first room had paint the size of a large tv screen falling from the ceiling. also the shower head was completely rusted. We were proposed to change to another room where the shower head was in an even worse state. During the second day we were change to another room whilst we were out. This time the shower head was leaking as the joined had exploded a long time ago. The toilet lid was very yellow when putting it up as if the cleaning staff had no clue that this needs to be cleansed. The staff made us feel like we were the one causing issue and they never receive any complaints. I have written to the customer care with photo proving everything. Unfortunately as this is a franchise i doubt this will be resolved. I was extremely disappointed as it is supposedly a 4 star. We were not even proposed any type of financial compensation for the problems in the rooms.

This is a quaint hotel with good staff. The receptionist is the bartender as well because the bar is cleverly built into the reception rotunda.
The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet with variety of meats, cheese, and breads and juices.
The restaurant has an excellent cook for supper and the menu is fairly extensive. The meats and vegetables are fresh, not frozen.
The room is spacious and the air conditioning works very well.
The shower has frameless glass however the shower water puddles outside the shower and I end up soaking a towel each time I use the shower.
The sink drain was partially clogged.
The swimming pool is great.
The courtyard has an interesting variety of flora that includes 3 olive trees.
There is a goldfish pond too.
The hotel is located on a quiet neighborhood street.
I recommend this hotel.

Hotel is excellent, very clean, calm, rooms are big.
The only reason am giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because you have to pay for the coffee capsules in your room around 3 Euros for each capsules while usually all the hotels offer the capsules for free in your room.

Excellent service and accomodations. The staff exceeded expectations in creating a romantic atmosphere in the room. A wonderful breakfast that included everything, even freshly squeezed orange juice!
