Hôtel Agena in Lourdes

My reservation went well, but I forgot to check the name that was entered. So I called Trip.com directly to tell them that an identity error had occurred when selecting the passenger names. I called the establishment to let them know that an error had been made. The hostess was kind during our phone conversation. Except that she informed me that her establishment was closing for the winter season. However, I was given the opportunity to change establishments for the same period. I was very satisfied with the hotel where I stayed; otherwise, the staff was pleasant and courteous, and the food was not the most luxurious, but edible. The hotel was close to the sanctuary; it was decent, with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a bidet. The problem was drying the laundry. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and peaceful. A very nice experience.

Stayed in the hotel Agena Fr two nights and days while on Pilgrimage, full board and lodging. Couldn't have been better. Thank God for it and the wonderful visit to Lourdes and the Grotto.
