Daniel at the front desk is a wonderful ambassador of the hotel—his warm smile, pleasant attitude, and professionalism truly stood out. When a small mix-up happened, he handled it promptly and graciously, showing real dedication to guest satisfaction.

My family is returning to Lourdes next month, and I’ll definitely recommend this hotel because of Daniel alone. He embodies genuine hospitality and makes guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

The hotel itself is also in an excellent location—just a 4-minute walk from the Sanctuary and close to many good restaurants. A great choice for anyone visiting Lourdes!

The Room is very small you can hardly open your luggage because there’s no space probably if you have a small luggage is okay! The shower area is very small you can hardly move or turn around or close the shower door! There’s a lot of visitors arriving everyday the elevators are always busy! But reception guy ( sorry forgot the name) was very helpful and very accommodating! The location is walkable to the sanctuary which is the highlight of our visit in Lourdes!

Staff are all good service from front desk to restaurant. The room is little but it’s accessible. Overall, hotel is close to everything esp the sanctuary.

Location is very convenient and its just 10mins walk to Our Lady of Lourdes church.
Room is clean and room rate is just affordable.
Receptionist is accomodating.

The lady in the reception was very helpful. My original booking was for a single room with breakfast. A friend came along so I requested for a double room and paid extra with breakfast for my friend when I checked in. No issue whatsoever with my request. The issue was when we came down for breakfast and I was persistently told by two staffs that I only paid for 1 breakfast. Eventually they checked their list and there was an addendum that I paid breakfast for two. Otherwise very comfortable bed and perfect location. Will hopefully book again next year.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful, always smiling and welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious. It’s so convenient to the Sanctuary. Breakfast is lovely!!! Already booked for next year!

Great location near Lourdes Sanctuary. I stayed there just one night to visit the Lourdes Sanctuary. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom was unclean; the shower curtain was dirty, and the shower itself was also not clean. You could see black mold between the tiles on the shower wall. Additionally, the sink and shower did not drain water properly.

Wonderful attentive dining room team, bar team very helpful. The food being buffet style is always freshly cooked and there is something suitable for vegetarian diets.

The old hotel using metal key. Each of twin room guest has to wait/find another when one is around hotel.

Room noice proof is very very poor. We were woke up by foot steps above or corridor talking everyday at 4-5 am!

Breakfast is very poor choice n very limited. Staff told us it finished when we asked for top up the buffet.

Will be a problem if you have big luggage to move from where taxi allowed to stop (at about 30m away).

They charged me 8€ for an espresso!?!? 😠 These are the kinds of prices I would expect to see in Cannes at the height of festival, not in Lourdes at the beginning of winter.

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Despite being redirected from Hotel Sainte Rose to Hotel Saint Sauveur due to renovations, the transition was smooth, and we felt well taken care of.

Access to Hotel La Solitude's indoor pool and the discounts offered at the chain's restaurants and shops were delightful bonuses. The hotels' proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes made our spiritual journey convenient, and the cleanliness enhanced our enjoyment.

Visiting Lourdes was an awe-inspiring experience—one that everyone should have. The peace and tranquillity we found there have left a lasting impact on us. We eagerly anticipate reliving these cherished moments on our next visit.

The hotel all in all was great. The rooms were nice, clean and organised. However, the beds were a bit stiff. They had really good air conditioning and the showers were amazing. Plus, cleaners would come in every day to clean it and give us new towels. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the wifi. As soon as you come in, on a colum in the reception there is a poster that says “high speed WiFi”, however at the ground floor you only get a max of 40MB/s and in the room we were in which was the 7th fooor, we only got 2MB/s. For 2 nights the 3 of us paid a total of £293, which did include breakfast. I do think it is a bit overpriced, but if the wifi was as good as they said it was, I would have given them a higher rating.
