Room 1605 Cambriels: A very nice room with a beautiful view and very clean. The park is beautiful, and dinner in the restaurant and morning food were excellent. You might find a wait at the restaurant entrance, but this isn't the team's fault, it's Covid-19. They try to keep you waiting as little as possible and will get you settled in as quickly as possible. The staff is very dynamic and attentive, and we thank you for your warm welcome.

From the moment you arrive, you feel like you're in a palace: the architecture, the fenced parking lot, the furnishings, the cleanliness. The location is exceptional. The food on the terrace was perfect. Breakfast was made with high-quality ingredients. The massage was very pleasant. I will have fond memories of this place, and I will return there to introduce my son to Lourdes. Lourdes is a must-see. You can take advantage of the many activities the surrounding area has to offer: hiking, exploring mountain lakes, rafting, and so much more!

We stayed in the family room which is on the attic. Personally enjoyed it as we felt like Paddington just below the roof and you can see the beams and slopes of the roof in the room. Staff were helpful and speaks English. Thank you for your service and making our stay enjoyable!

The first thing you find when checking in is the classic opulence of the interiors and decorations that you would come to expect from a grand hotel from the late 1890's, but with the subtle touches of modern elegance. The

Room is not what expected. Breakfast is expensive for 22 euro with the same menu everyday no varieties at all. The only thing about the hotel is close to the sanctuary which is very convenient other than that nothing is great. But housekeeping did a good job though.

First check in was given a room below my expectation could not have a room change right away with a reason hotel fully booked. Purchased breakfast but every morning had an issue and informed that my room not include the breakfast and kept telling that i did purchase. Communication break down internally but put the guest on the spot. Only Abby and a guy with a pony tail the reception who have customer orientated. Even the manager Pryanka did not show the empathy.
Chosed this hotel is only for its location which is the closet to the Sanctuary.
But bravo to housekeeping team who did a good job.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the grotto and shops. They prioritize large tour groups though. As a result, there was no so called VIP access since my room did not even have a balcony. I was also advised by the front desk that A/C was shut off and they only had heat on despite no air circulation in the room.
I’ve been staying here every year and this time was quite a disappointing experience.

Great location
We booked 2 rooms, there were small, it is a little old and run down. It needs fresh paint and a little TLC. The bathroom for disabled people was a good size however the shower was small. It was warm inside the room with no way to control the thermostat, however we just opened the windows and enjoyed fresh air.
Le location is great, close from the entrance of the basilica and all restaurants and shopping.
The staff was very nice.

They charged me 8€ for an espresso!?!? 😠 These are the kinds of prices I would expect to see in Cannes at the height of festival, not in Lourdes at the beginning of winter.

I came here specifically for the food. I really enjoy the seafood rice from Spain; it's delicious and comes in a generous portion. However, the language barrier is a challenge as it appears they don't speak English. FYI, they do accept card payments.

Our stay at Hotels Vinuales during our pilgrimage to Lourdes was wonderfully surprising. Despite being redirected from Hotel Sainte Rose to Hotel Saint Sauveur due to renovations, the transition was smooth, and we felt well taken care of.

Access to Hotel La Solitude's indoor pool and the discounts offered at the chain's restaurants and shops were delightful bonuses. The hotels' proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes made our spiritual journey convenient, and the cleanliness enhanced our enjoyment.

Visiting Lourdes was an awe-inspiring experience—one that everyone should have. The peace and tranquillity we found there have left a lasting impact on us. We eagerly anticipate reliving these cherished moments on our next visit.

The hotel all in all was great. The rooms were nice, clean and organised. However, the beds were a bit stiff. They had really good air conditioning and the showers were amazing. Plus, cleaners would come in every day to clean it and give us new towels. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the wifi. As soon as you come in, on a colum in the reception there is a poster that says “high speed WiFi”, however at the ground floor you only get a max of 40MB/s and in the room we were in which was the 7th fooor, we only got 2MB/s. For 2 nights the 3 of us paid a total of £293, which did include breakfast. I do think it is a bit overpriced, but if the wifi was as good as they said it was, I would have given them a higher rating.
