I wish you have good coffee, you called it ‘capuchino’? I also don’t like to eat peeled eggs (yikes).

The hotel was fine, the quality of service was so-so, some people weren't very friendly, and lastly I must say that the room had the worst location; it was literally the last one on the top floor overlooking a bus parking lot.

Very quiet room. Close to bus stop for the airport. Short walking distance to the sanctuary.

The friendliness of the reception staff leaves much to be desired. They make guests wait and ignore them while they sit around doing nothing. The bar staff, on the other hand, were very friendly. The breakfast was meager compared to a few years ago.

Friendly and professional staff, ready to help and very accommodating, not to mention the majority speaks 3 languages

Clean hotel and the staff are very helpful. 10 minutes walking distances to the church and to the shops. Airport shuttle service was close by. Had a nice day. If there was facilities to make Tea and Coffee in the room it would have been fantastic.

took a triple room for the two of us for a bit more room at a just a slight increase in cost, came with balcony and perfect river views and of the Fort, 5 lifts available and there's always one available when we needed it, booked without meals so can't comment, there's only heating so we switched off the aircon and opened the windows, nice

Me and my family’s experience at the hotel was good. Air conditioning wasn’t working at first but it was fixed by a man in maintenance with great determination. Food was good but very repetitive. Staff was very helpful however, I wish we had a separator in our bathroom to separate the shower from everything else as water got splashed everywhere. Would stay here again.

We just returned from Lourdes this week. Can't recommend Hotel La Solitude highly enough. The room was spotless, clean Towels every day. The room & bathroom were spotless. The staff were so helpful, & cheery when we met them on the corridor. The atmosphere of the whole place was great. I can't recommend, The Hotel Solitude highly enough. Keep up the good work

Very attentive staff. Stayed on full board and food was varied and good quality. Bar staff friendly and helpful special mention for Tari and Darcie they made a lovely stay a real pleasure.

This hotel is clean, beautiful lobby. Very close(1block) to the sanctuary . Many stores nearby. We ate in their hotel restaurant and food is great and price is reasonable. Hotel rooms are spacious. Recommend this place👍👍👍

I didn’t find anything remarkable about this hotel, which is clearly in need for some remodeling. Staff was unremarkable as well. Still, it may be difficult to find better in town.

We had a very pleasant stay at Eliseo. The property is very close to the sanctuary. It seemed renovated, compared to others. The beds were comfortable. We chose to park in their parking garage for a fee. It was convenient and felt safe. We will be back.

We stayed in the family room which is on the attic. Personally enjoyed it as we felt like Paddington just below the roof and you can see the beams and slopes of the roof in the room. Staff were helpful and speaks English. Thank you for your service and making our stay enjoyable!

This hotel shouldn't be marked as a 4 star hotel. They didn't provide shampoo. Also there were a couple of days that they didn't clean the rooms. Lastly, the breakfast was very very bad

We were really satisfied. We spend two nights with two kids without problems. Rich breakfest. Open bar with the coffee, soft drinks and something to eat during the day.

The hotel is in a fantastic location with all the main attractions in Lourdes within a 10 minute or so walk away. The room itself was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately we didn't choose it because we were part of a group; we reached it by car and the free parking is located about 400 meters away, in front there are paid parking spaces at 3 euros per hour; it's best to be careful if you don't get a ticket straight away because the inspectors are ready to fine you straight away; apparently the external structure is well maintained (3 stars are too many...

The hotel is nicely furnished, the food caters to most tastes. The rooms are not extremely grand but they have everything one needs, including an ensuite shower and bathroom. There is WiFi, but space to unpack clothes is limited. It is well located in the middle (ish) of Lourdes. I recommend it

The hotel is very near the Cathedral which is why we booked here.we have arrived almost midnight as we have travelled all the way from Paris. Check in was smooth. All staff are very friendly! We are a group of 5 and are booked in a 5 person room. Nice and cozy. They even have a second shower and toilet. Small but function make it so much easier for a group of 5. Free parking is a bonus. All great.

The hotel is very close to the Sanctuary, comfortable, and clean; it has air conditioning. We only had one dinner and three breakfasts: the food met the standards of a 4-star hotel.

Our visit was part of a Pilgrimage to Lourdes so a large group. Full board, breakfast , 3 course lunch and dinner, far too much. The quality of food varied from lovely traditional home cooking to disappointing pre-cooked "ready meals". Maybe less food at lunchtime with a better quality dinner time meal. This hotel is very special in how it serves its guests. The cleanliness, food quality, staff and management are all superb. It is perfectly located just a short walk from the world renowned Lourdes grotto. The quality of the food was amazing and the kindness shown to some of their more senior guests was heartwarming to witness.

My reservation went well, but I forgot to check the name that was entered. So I called Trip.com directly to tell them that an identity error had occurred when selecting the passenger names. Just stayed here from the 20th of June until the 24th with my elderly mother first class treatment from the moment we arrived honestly couldn’t have done enough for us. The meals were excellent we never needed to leave for our food very accommodating if something wasn’t on the menu. I stayed in the Agena Hotel in Lourdes from May23rd last for 4 nights. I would highly recommend this hotel. The warm welcome from Fionuala was just like home from home. The staff are very friendly and cant do enough for you. The food was exemplary and there wasn't a crumb left after any meal. Went to Lourdes for year end pilgrimage. Choose the hotel as it’s the most convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the The Santuary. Room was good. Bfast a little disappointing. Dinner was ok. Stayed there two years ago. Will continue to do so the next time.

Very helpful night receptionist . Go above and beyond his job. We were supposed to leave very early in the morning but didn't happen. So he let us use our room back again to rest until we leave. Breakfast was serve earlier just for us.

Reception was wonderful. Staff were really helpful. Parking was very convenient although it has an additional 12 euro charge. Location was probably the best part of the hotel because all the important and historical places were very close. Internet is not reliable. The hotel has internet but is always down -- do NOT rely on it. Parking is safe, its in a private secured garage about 20 meters from the hotel and would cost you 18 euro per day. But its worth it. The staff are good and hospitable. Other than with the problem with the internet, the hotel would have been very good.

Location was great. Right next to the Sanctuary. Surrounded by souvenir shops and coffee shops. I asked the concierge if dinner would be at on the 1st floor, she said yes. But when I got there, I was told they do not accommodate solo diners, probably due to some groups who were staying there. I was a bit disappointed but managed to get dinner elsewhere.

Wonderful stay with outstanding staff! The hotel staff were amazing, especially Vanessa at the front desk. She helped me with all my issues and always did so with a smile. Her positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to help truly made my holiday perfect. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Shower is a slipnslide it is not level with the floor. The tub floor is about 16cm higher than the bathroom floor. Through out the shower the water went from icecold to scalding hot. The small cafe next door has a very rude dark haired staff member she was impatient and offensive

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting Lourdes. The hotel is located fairly centrally, only a short walk to most attractions. It's an older hotel, however, it still presents well. The hotel has a lot of old world charm & character which is nice & its certainly befitting the area. Not a bad choice.

My room was smaller than I remembered, and instead of a river view like last time, I had a roof view—but that didn’t really matter.
