A fairly new build so everywhere was clean and functional. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathroom had all the requirements. A short walk took you into the centre of town and all food and drink requirements were available. The breakfast room was large, bright and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is very very nice, it’s clean and it’s comfortable to sleep in. It feels like your own home and the staff feels like your family. They are very kind and you feel safe when you ask them something. The breakfast is fantastic and very yummy, it’s so yummy that you have to repeat and take more.

They are currently going through a mini refurb after rebranding from ibis to B&B so some bits are maybe not as polished as could be, but it's got to happen sometime!
Location is a little bit out of town (maybe 10-15 mins walk to the sanctuary and grotto) but very near the railway station if you arrive that way.
The air conditioning was heat only when we visited in early April. We would've liked cool as we prefer to be what some people would call cold... we managed with an open window. We didn't actually ask if cool was available as we've also had this issue in other areas at this time of year so no biggie.
We didn't sample breakfast as I knew a bakery about a 5-minute walk away (Le P'tite Boulange) that does enough for a light breakfast or quick snack.

I have travelled all around the world, but the worst experience I ever had. First to start of the rooms were very very small. Especially travelling with a family we could hardly move inside the room. Inside there was not even a fan, none of us where even able to sleep, sweating.
The worst experience was when we went for the breakfast.
The server was so rude and pathetic attitude. I am so surprised that one person is more than enough to ruin the entire reputation B&B is trying to create. 3 nights we were there, initially we thought its a bad day we left it. But every single day we were there she was extremely rude to people questions, slamming the doors, throwing the plates, if asked for something we don't know she will start talking rudely in French. Every single day was a very bad start of our day. The worst was when my son asked for water and she shouted at him for pouring water into a bottle.
I would say to anyone who is thinking think twice before staying in this hotel.

Perfect Location, Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms
This hotel was fantastic! The location is unbeatable - just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk from a church. There's even a food outlet right across the street, and a supermarket just a few minutes further.
The room itself was impeccably clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

This is the 3rd time that we came back and found out that:
The food is still delicious, porc noir is good, but the menu is trimmed a lot, and we didn't have a lot of choice
