Disgusting filthy extremely unhygienic we could not bear to use our nose to breathe in here because it smells so bad. We don’t even have words to explain how we felt here this is supposed to be a holy place and they’ve built such a disgusting monument. This is not even a monument. You can’t even call this a building. This is like Satan‘s house. It’s self like even the washroom doesn’t have doors and ceilings, the ceiling was literally leaking in a specific place randomly around 7am. It’s like they’re hiding bodies in here it smells like rotten bodies are in the building the lights are broken it smells like shrimp (mind you decomposing dead bodies smell like it based on real research’s) at this point someone should really call the police control the area and best shut it down. We were trying to dump our thoughts out thinking it’s a holy place and that’s exactly why it’s easy to hide crimes because people go there with faith. This is absolutely absurd and disgraceful.

Absolute dump. And didn't even get a room . Treated like dirt by staff. Talked around us to other group as we didn't speak French and it was easier for staff .we booked and paid 6 months ahead of time .They did move our group to another absolute dump and treated us badly . Please anyone going here reconsider and go elsewhere. They even made another small group sleep on sofas in lobby because of over booking . The only good thing I can say is I survived and didn't get arrested for arguing with staff.

Disgusting treatment from this so called hotel ! We booked in January, arrived in May with no accommodation. They facilitated a large contingent of French and shunted us over the road to an absolute hole of a place,no electricity or toilet ! Shocking treatment but what do you expect from bluffers !

This is the worst experience I have ever had in travelling and staying in Lourdes. Our party of 9 booked in January of this year and arrived last Thursday evening, 19th May, to be told there was no room for us ! They facilitated everyone else except ourselves. The French were In town and fcuk the rest, I can't describe the hotel because we didn't get to stay there, what happened was we were shunted over to an absolute kip across the road !! Another review incoming ! Disgusting treatment !

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Aux Armés de Belgique The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The hotel's central location allowed me to easily access nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, my experience surpassed my expectations, and I can't wait to return for another memorable stay

Very difficult to really describe the experience because the owner is very virulent if we dare to say what is happening there. Personally, I didn't like it, during my different trips, I meet different people and different accommodations, but here, lack of comfort by default soundproofing, cleanliness

Had a filling dinner here with vegetable soup, some bread, salad, and a delicious lasagna -- the specialty of the house. I don't like lasagna but this was one of the best I've had. Capped it with a dessert of chocolate mousse. Everything cost EUR 20 including tip.

The most horrific place we have been to. The carpet flooring and the bedding was so dirty we got weird rashes from laying there for only 1 hour. The bathroom lamp didn't even work. It got so unbearable that we had to abandon our room after a few hours and go to another hotel. Not to mention, the receptionist tried to rip us off to pay double price. When we told him he got it wrong he still insisted us on paying double the price because of "tax issues". Totally the worst experience. I would not even give this place one star....
