🌟 Excellent Stay at Hotel Lutetia – Perfect Location & Comfort! 🌟
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lutetia in Lourdes. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just a few steps away from the train station, making arrival and departure incredibly convenient. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. Everything felt fresh and tidy, and the modern elevator access made it easy to move around, especially with luggage.
Another big advantage is the location—within easy reach of the Grotto and the Basilica, which made our visits smooth and stress-free. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so you’re never short of dining options.
What truly stood out was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, a superb hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lourdes!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to use our room right away. There was an elevator to go up. They offered a great 9 euro breakfast that was good value and convenient. My only complaint was disposable items like cups - would be even better with reusable cups and glasses. Very good value for the money and steps away from the train station.

I needed a place for one night and this very reasonably priced hotel did the trick. It was great value. The AC was an oscillating fan but it did the trick. The bed was comfortable and had a great bath/shower. A reasonably priced breakfast was offered but I had declined the breakfast. The hotel is very close to the train station. It is family-owned and they speak English, French and Italian. They were very friendly and welcoming. I needed to leave my bags until I could check into the next hotel and they were more than happy to let me leave them (and before I checked in too!!!). I would highly recommend this little gem near the train station in Lourdes.

I stayed here several times and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lourdes. Simone and his family manage the hotel and its restaurant beautifully. Wonderful in every way. 'Til next time!

A wonderful stay in this perfectly situated and quaint hotel. Great views and warm hospitality from Simone and his little girls. Clean rooms and nice hot showers too. Would recommend to anyone staying in Lourdes and will definately stay here again should we return.

Room was very clean with a huge bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very near the train station, extremely convenient.
Definitely walkable to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes & the Grotto.
The area has limited restaurants so if you walked about 15 minutes, you have a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Unfortunately the room had no fridge but the staff was hospitable to provide ice or hot water if you asked them. They even helped me to freeze my ice pack for me.
There’s no air conditioning, we open the window for fresh air & & a lovely view. It can get quite noisy at night as there’s a pub across the hotel.
Check in & check out was easy & there’s an elevator for your convenience. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

Very good

We went last May and stayed for 3 days, 3 adults. Excellent staff and service. Rooms are good. and clean. elevator and nice small front terrace. Nice view and 2 steps from train/bus station. (that closes very early at night). Excellelnt breakfast with french bread. English speaking. Walking distance from the Grotto (about 20 minutes). Warning: no restaurants open at night in the town. . If you arrive late at night, better bring something to eat. There is a nice oriental restaurant accross the street, for special dinner, and other options nearby.
