Premier Suite, an area of about 55m2 room accommodation for 2 persons with a bedroom, separate living room, balcony to the South or West, overlooking the slopes.

Duplex area of about 60 m2 – room for up to 4 people, two bedrooms (one in mezzanine), balcony to the South or West, overlooking the route. Ideal for families up to 4 people.

Duplex Deluxe Suite area of about 75m2 room for up to 4 people, two bedrooms, balcony to the South or West, overlooking the route.

L'helios Suite area of about 150m2 – the most beautiful hotel room for up to 4 people, two bedrooms, separate living room, balcony to the West, views of the Olympic slopes.

We had high hopes for Hotel Helios despite some terrible reviews. We should have listened to them. On the plus side the hotel location and bedroom was superb and most members of staff were very kind. Sadly that is where it ends. Nursing an injured son I had to order room service in the evening. It took over hour and half and arrived cold and was inedible . When I took it back they apologized. The next day it was on the bill. That is where the lack of manners, civility and any form of human decency starts. Despite the concierge, receptionist and myself remaining polite at all times The owner (also the chef) was rude, aggressive and dishonest. I have never seen a hotel act with such disregard for its guests or treat them in such a manner. She threatened to call the police. All I asked was half the meal to be removed from the bill. Eventually due to the distress this was causing me and my sick son we paid and left. Life is too short. I had to delete the original post and am reposting as the owner wrote a completely slanderous response. We have been coming to Méribel for 18 years and have onky ever been treated with kindness and civility. I am sure they will reply with another falsehood and believe what you will but I suggest if you can you stay elsewhere.

An absolutely wonderful stay at L’Helios. The hotel offers a truly relaxing, quiet, and romantic atmosphere, perfect for a mountain escape. The ski-in / ski-out location is exceptional and makes every ski day effortless and enjoyable. All employees are incredibly kind, polite, and attentive. Special gratitude to Marie from reservation team, to Roman from the ski room, who was extremely helpful and professional, and to Alessandr, the concierge, for his excellent guidance and assistance throughout our stay. I highly recommend stopping for their famous crêpes during a coffee or lunch break on the slopes — absolutely delicious and a must-try. Wishing the entire team prosperity and continued success. We truly look forward to coming back.

The staff makes this property so good! The staff along with the cleanness, the location and the morning breakfast made our stay very comfortable. Spent 6 nights in March 2025 for spring skiing and hope to visit again one day. Would definitely recommend to friends, family and fellow travelers.

Very comfortable rooms. People staff was very efficient and dedicated. The ski room is comfortable and the people very helpful. The spa and massage are quality services as well. The reception makes your stay easy by managing your needs. We will surely come back next year.
